The food was good; however, the starter which was suppose to be warm was half cold. Not a good way to start dinner.

Decent overpriced food on a terrace overlooking Reforma. The nice views are ruined by the noise from the street (avoid going when there is a special event on Reforma). The food is good and slightly elaborate, but everything is ruined by slow, ignorant and unapologetic service. (A Jack Daniels Old Fashioned is not a Jack Daniels served in an old fashioned glass, a Black and Blue steak is served rare because the grills don't generate heat, and a do over takes so much time everybody else is done with their main courses by the time it arrives). Bar is nice, though...

Restaurant was new when we visited - the fish was overcooked and dry - the service was unprofessional - thoroughly disappointing and not up the the standards of a St. Regis.
