We went on the first night open to the public. We've been to the one in New York, which was outstanding! This was good too but the food not as "perfect" as I recall it being in New York. Like any restaurant new to open, I think it will only improve. We'll be regulars at the restuarant I suspect with in being two blocks from where we live downtown. The atmosphere is awesome and the lower level and bar down there are unlike anything else in Downtown....so great to have a new cool and unique restaurant for Denver.

Chicken was dry and not much flavor. Collards were done well, though.

The food was good but it wasn't over the top. The service was great and I was disappointed that they were out of fried chicken on opening day.

SH seems like it would be a cool place to watch a game, but I found the bbq to be mediocre and the entire menu to be pretty overpriced. I only work 1 block away, so I may try it again for lunch, as the sandwiches and salads were expensive, but sounded yummy. I was also shocked to find that a bbq place would not have a selection of sauces, or even any bbq sauce on the table! Will probably go elsewhere next time we go to bbq.
