I had a group of 9 & read a bunch of reviews which were generally positive but suggested the service might have been subpar. This wasn't the case. From the hostess to waiter, to water server and kitchen staff, I was impressed. Food was awesome, get the pretzel and cheese fondue no matter what.

If you have one item off the menu, make it the pretzel balls with fondue. I had the ribs, which were also excellent. My husband had a burger, and said it was very good. One member of our party of four had meatloaf, which was luke warm but tasty. The ambiance is more of a sports bar, and I'll bet it's more exciting during the summer season when the patio is open and there are more guests at the hotel. We took a taxi from the Strip to eat here...it was a bit of a disappointment...they were not busy at 7:30 on a Friday night.

Having selected the restaurant to eat at because of the name, I asked the waiter about the name and he said there wasn't a story behind it; that it was what they picked out after doing a marketing study. Considered to be high end pub food. I had the 36 hour cooked full rack of ribs with fries and the apple monkey bread with vanilla ice cream for dessert. Really enjoyed the food, the beer and the atmosphere.

Great Dinner in a great place. Our waitress was amazing and had very good suggestions. If I have to knit pick... I dine out often and I am familiar with portions sizes and what not, I felt that the the portions here could have been bigger specifically with the a la carte anti pasto and entree. Pretzels with cheese fondue OMG, Korean prime Rib the best!!

I had the Chicken Curry. The curry sauce had just the enough of a kick that said curry. The chicken was not tender. The chicken pieces had the texture of a stewing chicken (a bit chewy with gristle) rather than the tenderness of a frying chicken. My wife had the salmon and loved every aspect of it. This restaurant is part of the True Food Kitchens chain and I guess I was expecting too much of what is offered at True Food so I may have stared out a bit disappointed.

We decided to go last minute on a Thursday evening. It wasn't too busy and we had a good table near the windows. It was also far from the speakers that can be a little loud if you want to have a conversation. Our server was great, and when I wanted a second cocktail, but didn't feel like looking for something different, he was able to recommend a great second option. The pretzel fondue appetizer is amazing, especially if you get it for happy hour prices. My husband recommends asking for mustard as well to go with. He order the ribs that had a really good sauce. I got the fish and chips that were really nice and crispy. The service was good, prompt, and friendly. Overall it was a great experience!

Great choice for Las Vegas locals to choose to meet up with visiting friends. Our friends were staying at the MGM, and we didn't want to park a mile away and wear ourselves out walking through the ginormous Grand. The Hard Rock Hotel is easy to get in and out of, and the restaurant was so delightfully arranged. We didn't even realized there was outdoor dining, but it was simply perfect outside and we had a great table near a little fire pit. Food was tasty, moderately priced and the Smashed Irishman cocktail is going to become a staple at my family gatherings.

Lively noisy place. Server friendly but so noisy it was hard to order and we got different drinks to what we ordered. Food was good, salmon a little pricy at 25$ For a small piece. Brown rice nice. Partners salad nice. No delays in getting a drink, despite a busy preconcert night. Overall ok. Not bad. Not great.

this was our first stop in las vegas cabbing it to the hard rock specifically to eat at this restaurant. Unfortunately we arrived to a restaurant with only 4 or so tables filled. Wondering why? Because they were out of their fried chicken, jambalaya, and 2 other items from the menu. It was a Tuesday night. really??? the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth.

Just a bad experience all together. I made sure to make a reservation for my party of 7, but it still took then 20 minutes to seat us. It took them a long time to get our drinks to us even though we ordered a bottle of wine and three beers. Food also took forever to come out. When we asked to see the manager, he was defensive and kept making excuses that it was a "concert night" and they were running behind but the four tables surrounding us were completely empty. He was pretty rude and didn't apologize. We won't be coming back.

This was our first time to Culinary Dropout and I have to say, it was just so, so. Our server just seemed overwhelmed and rarely came to check on us. We would have ordered more food if he had just actually waited on us. And it was not very busy either. First off they give you 3 different menus to order from (They really need to streamline that process) and we decided to order off the antipasti menu and while it was good, it was far too expensive for what we got. It was 40$ for a small meat and cheese plate. The pretzel and cheese was really good. Like I said we would have ordered more food had our server come around. Anyway, I may try it again when I am in Vegas next and give them another shot. I can see the potential.

Gorgeous, fun atmosphere with amazing patio wasted on bad service: It took us a half an hour to receive our drinks and our server explained the bar was very backed up and the manager would be delivering them. Whoever dropped them off never apologized and just dropped off the drinks and left (didn't seem like a manger to us). When my husband ordered a second drink he asked if it was going to take a half an hour again and the server replied that she couldn't guarantee anything. Can you believe she said this? RIDICULOUS. She never checked back after our food was delivered and one was overcooked. By the time she checked on our table we didn't have time to have it fixed, we just sent it back. Our coffees came AFTER our dessert to boot.

I've been here more than once, usually with big groups of friends. This was my first time there with a date. It was wonderful. We sat outside, in the cool autumn air. It was fun and still romantic, with the night sky and fireplaces. Everyone there is always so friendly; I always end up meeting people at an adjacent table. The food is really good, and the pretzels are spectacular. It is very casual, comfort food. This is always a great place to stop for a drink/snack after the concerts at The Joint.

This is a great spot for comfort food done well with a twist. We went on a Thursday evening, and it wasn't too crowded. When we were seated, the waiter explained that everything - Everything - is made in house, from the turkey pastrami to the bread for the sandwiches. The drink menu has some really nice mixed drinks. Everything we had was delicious - especially the pretzel fondue appetizer. It was so good, we went back again on Friday. :-)

We were going to see Motley Crue and saw that this restaraunt was doing a Pre-Fixe menu so we set up a reservation beforehand. Got a great table outside, great ambiance and crowd. Staff was attentive and personable, good music, interesting cocktail menu kind of just a hip rock spot in general. The food was OK. We shared the Pretzel bites which were very good, the meatloaf was recommended but not that great, my wife had the Cantelloni and said it was good. Split monkey bread for desert, just OK. It's well done comfort food but nothing amazing or memorable. But a great spot to hang out for a while while at the Hard Rock.

Being in Vegas for a week, you can dine at the fanciest restaurants both on and off the strip; this was just what we wanted after a week of trade shows. It is essentially a bar, but with better food! Good selection of beers. It was very laid back. Service was fantastic. (we gave our server all of the tips that we didn't give to the servers at the expensive restaurants who didn't seem to care if we were there or not - and BTW, he was a guy, not just another pretty girl!) During the day, it is pool side, during the night, great place to get dinner before a show/concert. Very good mix of inside/outside tables. We were very pleased and will definitely be back.

This was a great resturant and experiance, everyone from the hostess to the manager was friendly. I cant wait to come back with friends!
