An incredible experience from start to finish and an evening that will not be forgotten. All offerings on the tasting menu were exquisite and beyond compare. Incredible detail and complexity with seamless delivery...the wine pairings magical. The service was charming and delightful and a view to be seen nowhere else in the world.

The food and service were excellent. Unfortunately, somewhat recently-relaxed standards of dress mean that people now come to a Michelin-starred restaurant in short sleeves, polo shirts, and even ripped jeans. We were dressed for dinner, overlooking the Bellagio fountains, and enjoying the exquisite meal and service. However, the tacky and inappropriate styles of dress evidenced by several tables near us undermined the overall ambiance significantly, as even the staff seemed frustrated to note. We don't spend five hundred dollars on dinner to watch a late-middle-aged man in a too-tight, too-short tee shirt yell at his table mates and gorge himself while his belly fat falls out of his inappropriate clothing. Hideous.

It is a beautiful place, but we waited more than 40 minutes to be seated although we had a reservation. We sat at the table a little more just to get notticed, the restaurant was packed. I ordered wine, which I had to ask two different waiters for since it took foecer to arrive. At ordering time we did not recieve any help with the dinner choices. At the end even the check took forever. We had high expectations for this restaurant, which were not met.

Very nice, very spendy. It was our one big splurge on our Vegas weekend. No show, no gambling, but an expensive dinner. The 5 course tasting menu had some choices (which some don't) so that was very nice. The dinner lasted 3 hours and it was a wonderful time!

    OpenTable Diner Since 2005
    Dined on 2/13/2013
Worst dinner for the money I have ever had. Food was average at best and way overpriced for the quality. Example was the dover sole one of my favorite dishes. it was not prepared tableside as most good restaurants do and it came very dry and chewy. Bought an expensive bottle of Chardonnay and it came warm. Had to ask waiter to chill it. Our first waiter left for some reason and another one took his place. Both seemed rushed and unfriendly. Many better restaurants in Las Vegas.

The service was impeccable, our sommelier, Frederick was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine pairing for our meal. The food was amazing, artistically presented and exceptional quality. This is a restaurant for people who appreciate the height of haute cuisine as Le Cirque goes to the apex to provide the customer with an amazing dining experience. We will always remember our evening at Le Cirque.

Outstanding. My wife and I went for our anniversary and loved it. Everything about the restaurant was outstanding, the food, service, ambiance, and so on. It really was a first class experience. It was busy, but not too noisy. Judging by how busy it was, I would recommend making a reservation to avoid a possibly lengthy wait for a seat.

I visited Le Cirque for my husband's birthday during our recent stay at the Bellagio. We had a wonderful, relaxed meal with smooth service. The view of the fountains created a perfect setting for a special occasion. We both had the pre theatre set menu before seeing a show which we found superb. Worth a mention, my Bellagio Cosmopolitan cocktail was the nicest I have ever had!

The decor is like a circus(yes, really)The food is very good/excellent French Cuisine. We started with the Foi Gras & Escargots.Classically done & excellent, just about perfect. For dinner we had the Dover Sole(me)& honey glazed Duck(Richard)Both were excellent. The sole was simple with a brwn butter & caper sauce, very traditional. The duck was outstanding. Moist, yet the skin a bit crispy. Not too much fat, which is a frequent occurance. We skipped desserts as we had a rather full lunch at Aria buffet. The price here is rather high(good quality)Topping $150. Still not bad considering the quality & generous portions. Really worth a try, if not for the decor!Really coloful.

If you are celebrating a milestone event or have won a bundle at the casino, this is THE place. Yes, the food is that good, but it's the service and the experience that puts it in the "World Class" category. One example of many in our dinner: my wife had the wine pairing with her dinner. She mentioned that one of the wines came from a winery a few miles from our home. The sommelier replied, "Let me bring you something that you haven't tried instead." There was no additional charge for the obviously superior choice.

For a restaurant like Le Cirque, I would expect service to be all through out dinner not just in the beginning. Although food was spot on as usual, once we got pass our dessert, all service seemed to disappear. I over heard the manager say to one of the other staff that they needed our table and they made it quite obvious we were no longer wanted there. But at no point did they let us know in advance that they would need the table back by a certain time. Poor Poor service for this level of dining!!

The wait staff was awesome. Great wine suggestions by our waiter, but the meal was just ok. 3 course selection with 1 or 2 really good choices (scallops and the rissoto), but everything else felt very "high end assembly line". Fair is the best I can say. My wife and I ate at three other very nice places with mcuh better value and quality. The only outstanding star rating deserved was for the waiter, but that only goes so far. Being so expensive, save your $$ for a show and a better restaurant.

My dining experience at Le Cirque was absolutely amazing. From the delicious and delicate flavors of the food, to the whimsical plating , to the attentive service - it really is a 5-star restaurant. My only gripe is the seating and noise level at the restaurant. It's a small space inside the Bellagio--with great view of the fountains--but the tables are closely fitted together. We can definitely hear other people's conversations and the server nearly skinned himself while trying to serve us and the table next to us.

My expectations for Le Cirque were high, and both the floor staff and kitchen fully delivered with an amazing meal and a memorable evening. Definitely go with the dégustation menu rather than a la carte, and do opt for the lovely wine pairings. Exemplary service from the wait staff and sommelier at Le Cirque is professional and attentive without feeling at all intrusive. I was surprised when the waiter brought a lovely amuse bouche of uni with lemon grass gelée and a fennel puree. It was sublime, as was my actual starter of snow crab with turnip, apple, avocado and pomegranate. Sautéed foie gras with pear confit and a salty caramel sauce was delicate and well balanced, as was the Alaskan black cod with citrus and coconut nage. A gem!

We dined at Joel Robuchon two nights earlier and expected this to be the second best dinner we had. It was the best. The pre fixe dinners with wine pairing just plain worked. The sommalier did a great job with the pairings and the choices for the dinners were enough that we both loved what we picked. The Waygu beef had an upcharge and was worth it. Decor is the same as when we last dined there 8 years ago, but it still elegant and romantic. Service was impeccable. The only downside is that there is no dresscode. Most men had ties, but there were several tables with men in jeans and t-shirts and one with a ballcap. Huh? Didn't ruin the experience but c'mon people, pay attention.
