A word from Churchill's Steakhouse
Churchill's is truly one of the country's great steakhouses. It is one of only a handful of steakhouses that exclusively serves 100% USDA Prime beef from midwestern, corn fed cattle. The loins are dry-aged and hand cut in house by our own Master Meat Cutter to ensure the finest quality. The steaks are cooked in a custom made, top heated, radient broiler at temperatures of 1,800 to 2,200 degrees sealing in the savory juices.

Churchill's impressive menu includes USDA Prime domestic Lamb Chops, Duroc Pork Chops, fresh fish and shellfish and other seasonal seafood offerings; like fresh Florida Stone Crab Claws and Copper River King Salmon.

Our bakery turns out fresh baked dinner rolls daily along with a variety of home made cakes and desserts. First timers must try our famous "Chocolate Sack".

Our lively cocktail lounge, located in the lower level, has an elegant yet casual atmosphere and features live piano music seven nights a week.

I wanted to try this restaurant and thought the "Miss - Steaks night would be a good way to try it. I was sadly mistaken. Our steaks were severely under cooked, fatty, & grisly. The waiter was not pleasant, to top it all off I was charged for three meals instead of two, they fixed this of course but seriously if i hadn't paid attention and caught it i would have paid 20 dollars over...The whole experience was very disappointing.

On a whim, I made a reservation for my wife and I and had an excellent experience. I am fortunate enough to be able to eat at a lot of different high end steak houses and Churchill's rates up there with some of the best I have eaten at. The steaks were prepared well and the sides were excellent. Our server was a bit slow, but she made up for it with a great attitude and personality. This was our first time eatng here and we will definitely be back.

We have dined here a few times, the steaks are quite good. It has a nice quiet atmosphere. But......upscale restaurants should be accompanied by SUPERIOR service. A patron should NEVER have to get up from their table to find out who or when anyone is actually going to say hello or even simply bring water. We like the place, we like the food. We are not however, certain that we will return. This is NOT Denny's or an outback steak house. The service should be SUPERIOR , it wasn't. One should not have to complain in order to get the staff to simply do their job.

We celebrated my husbands retirement and couldn't have had a better time. The couple we brought with us for the celebration are still talking about how nice it was. My husband was surprised but loved every minute of it. After dinner we went down to the piano bar and continued having a great time with an after dinner drink and enjoyed the great piano music. It will be a fond memory for us and thank you so much!

Ordered the 14 oz Rib Eye Steak cooked medium rare. The steak was tougher than expected. Normally the Rib Eye is a well marbled piece of meat however the one looked and tasted like it was sliced off a Baron of Beef. I would have expected that this cut would have been previously sliced to size, aged and cooked over an open type of fire rather than a flat iron grill. The presented cut lacked the usual cross-hatch marks significant with the open grill. The rest of the meal was excellent as was the wait staff.

I was overall pleased by the food and service at Churchill's Steakhouse. The sliced sirloin that I had was delicious and the peppercorn sauce was a very nice complement. The snap peas were also delicious. The garlic mashed potatoes were passable. It may be that I prefer a baked potato with a steak. The waitress was excellent and accommodated my every need even to the refreshing of my cocktail when I noted that it was a little too strong for me since I rarely order alcoholic drinks. The creme brule dessert was outstanding. I also enjoyed the piano in the background. It is a classic dining experience.

My husband and I chose Churchill's to celebrate our 20th anniversary and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was packed though and we should have requested a booth as out little two top was right next to two other tables. Our waiter was wonderful and he recommended a fabulous cab, We both had steak, rib eye for my hubby and I had the top sirloin. Both dinners were excellent, but my top sirloin was the best--tender and flavorful! Our steaks were served with garlic mashed and snow peas, and we split a lobster tail as well. We also took a piece of 7 layer carrot cake home with us and it was delicious! Dinner here was spendy--about $250 with tip, but the lobster tail was $45, so that upped the check quite a bit. We would go again for sure.

I took my wife here for valentines day. I have been in Spokane for 10 years and have always felt that if I needed an amazing dining experience with amazing food and amazing service I had to travel to Seattle or further. At Churchil's I found a place here in Spokane to have a great dining experience. I have been to many different steak houses throughout the world. While this doesn't come close to a lot of places I have eaten I am pleasantly suprised to see a place like this in little Spokane.

The restaurant is beautiful, the atmosphere could not have been better, and of course the food was amazing. It was very subdued and enjoyable. We were seated in the lower level which was perfect. You could hear the soft music from the lounge and we had enough space between us and the other parties to make it feel private.

On Valentines Day we went to Churchhill's for the very first time. My wife and I have been to almost every fancy restaurant in Spokane, if not all. We ordered two Ribeye steaks with blue cheese and onions on the side. We both thought the food was amazing and our waiter was great! The only part of the night we were disappointed about was the table positions and seating. I prefer to have private seating or a private booth like Beverly's/Masselows/Spencers/Anthony's/etc.... I do not like to pay a lot of money to have tables side by side and people arm length away from you. It doesn't make it for a very private dinner date. Other than that, you will leave very satisfied and happy with the food. For dessert get the Sack, it is delicious!!!!

We showed 15 minutes early and they had the table ready for us. Servers were attentive and quick. They offered to bring out and explain the cuts of meat although we passed. They were out of the salmon so my date ordered the special which was sea bass. I ordered the 14oz rib eye and a side of mac and cheese to share. The food came quick and presentation was good. My steak was slightly over cooked in my opinion. I ordered medium rare and it was closer to medium, yet still tasty. The steak came with garlic mashed and sugar snap peas. These sides were also yummy but don't plan for them to contribute to getting full as portions are very small. The sea bass was excellent, the sauce delightful. The mac and cheese was superb. Great outing!

Had a business meeting at this location based on perceived quality from the restaurant website. Bottom line-folks we disappointed by the wine list and the best, most expensive cuts of beef lacked flavor. Each attendee stated that they could now say they had been to Churchill's but would not return if given the opportunity. It wasn't a bad experience, it just met none of our expectations.

The three of us had a great 2 hour business dinner there on a Wednesday night. The restaurant was reasonably full and the atmosphere was nicely quiet meaning that we could hear each other without shouting. That is so rare anymore and greatly appreciated when we find it. This is not an inexpensive place but you do get what you pay for and I would go back. I would also say that the exterior of the building does not raise hopes in the sense that it is very modest in appearance and you cant really sense the atmosphere inside until you walk in. You won't find any extraordinary culinary surprises but you will find geat steaks ... and that is why we went to Chruchills.

We love to dine out. We enjoy fine dining and don't mind spending the extra money in pursuit of a stellar dining experience. Churchill's should have been all that fine dining is about. Apparently not. We were disappointed in the seating, the service, the ambiance, and even the food. It was an anniversary celebration and we had asked for a nice table. Either Churchill's doesn't have any nice two-tops, or we just got a bad one. Our server frequently forgot about us - she definitely forgot about our side dish which showed up minutes after our main course, undercooked. I could continue, but we consider it a 'lesson learned' and will not be back. The only positive thing about this place is that my steak was cooked correctly. huzzah.
