I have been to Ignite several times in the last 12 months. The first few times it was a trendy, crowded gastro-pub like establishment. The food was good, the prices were good and it was a great place to visit. This last time was something of a disappointment. The menu is completely changed with only the "Man Candy" bacon being left over from the old menu. The prices have apparently almost doubled as well, and on the Saturday night we were there, we were one of only three tables. I'm not sure what is going on here, but it isn't nearly as nice as it was in the past. Personally I'm probably going to put off returning if they continue this way.

We had a larger group (8 people) and the restaurant was very accommodating. There was plenty of room and were able to split our check perfectly (even dividing the appetizers into thirds). The food was delicious and the specialty mule drinks were unique and delicious. We sat in the covered rooftop section. At the beginning of dinner it was pretty cold and we all had our jackets on. Then they turned on the heaters, but after a while it got too hot so they turned the heaters off. Then it got cold again. It was not too drastic, but a little bit frustrating. Would be better to dine there in the summer/early fall.

I love Ignite and try to go often- especially when friends or family are in town. I recently visited on a relatively slow night to find that the menu was entirely different and some of my favorites were missing. WIth nothing really catching my eye I built my own burger which I ordered medium and came out well past done. The service was decent- but I've definitely had better there in the past, our server seemed to be confused or preoccupied by the other two/three tables in the restaurant. We were a bigger group at the end, but even when there was only about 4-5 of us she forgot a few things. I'm sure we'll be back at some point, but with the buratta and other start items missing from the menu, it may only be for drinks!

Restaurant has great roof top dinning area if you can get a table up there. Otherwise plenty of seating and large bar area on main floor. Menu was creative and food was good. Definately a great spot to meet up with friends prior to a ball game.

Surprised to find the restaurant half empty when most of the early reservations slots were taken. So, we ended up with great service and appreciated the server pointing out the special entree prices for the evening (we were unaware since it was our first time there). Good, casual and spacious atmosphere, plenty of TVs to watch the game, though it is on the noisy side. Most dishes were on the heavy, comfort food side, so I chose the salmon which was cooked perfectly and served hot - just the way I like it. Would recommend for a casual get together and before/after a Rockies game but not for an intimate night out. Also, pleased to see I could get a glass of St. Supery Wine, which is not that easy to find in this state.

My friends and I visited Denver over the past weekend and actually stumbled upon Ignite. Friday night and the place was packed but we were seated quickly. Food was delicious and drinks were even better! We loved it so much we came back for Sunday brunch. Bottomless Mimosas.....FANTASTIC!! Special thanks for our waitress, Jen aka Jenna!! Whenever we make our way back to Denver, I'm certain we'll make our way back to Ignite!!

The food at Ignite is pretty tasty, not amazing, but always consistently good. The service is always consistently slow. You will have to ask for drink refills and the check if you ever want to see either. I have been here over a dozen times and its the same story every time. Normally I eat really slow and prefer to not be rushed, but at lunch on a weekday I just don't have the time. Regardless of the slow service its a good lunch spot with reasonable prices.

We booked a special dinner on the rooftop for our friends visiting from CA. We were seated right next to a rowdy group of 30 people. I asked about this earlier in the day and was told the group would be in another section. Not true! I was very disappointed! Had I known it would be so loud that we couldn't talk, I would have booked a different place.

My husband and I were looking for a quick place to eat before our show this past weekend. I made a reservation for 5:30 but couldn't get there on time because of the traffic. (it was a game day and, little did I know, the stadium is literally across the street from this restaurant.) Anyway, we were late and our show was set to begin in a little over an hour. I was worried that we wouldn't get our food in time but we got it in less than 30 mins. Their wings- OMG their Whiskey wings were so delicious! I wish my husband would've ordered the full batch. Yummy! I had the Ignite burger which had really good flavor and for a great price. My husband had the cast iron rib skillet- I'm sorry, I forgot the name but it was delicious! I'll be back.

Our dinner was hearty, yet full of interesting twists, like the bourbon jus on the short ribs and the rich sagey chicken pot pie. You have to try the Pear Spice Cake...divine! Casual dining at its very best! Wish we could visit more often!

We were a party of four, all having a taste for seafood. We started off with Mussels and calamari. Both were great! The mussels were some of the best I ever had which surprised me. They are cooked in an amazingly tasty butter wine sauce. We all ordered the same entree, Salmon. Really really good. I can hardly wait to go back! 5:30 seems a good time to get there as it was getting very busy when we left to go to the movies.

We were looking for a casual restaurant to go to before a Rockies game that wasn't your typical sports bar. And Ignite was a great choice. The place isn't one of those huge, noisy bars, and the food is several steps up from just wings and burgers. We got there early enough to get the $3 Colorado drafts too. We split a wedge salad which has the Man Candy sweet and spicy bacon with a great gorgonzola dressing. And each of us had a pizza which we both enjoyed. The menu isn't huge, but there are plenty of selections that sounded appetizing. We'll probably make this our spot to go to before all the games.

I can't stop thinking about the Man Candy Manhattan--it was smokey, spicy, bacon, whiskey deliciousness & it comes with a garnish of candied bacon! Their drink menu is right on par with the Denver cocktail scene, hand crafted and something for everyone. The food is also outstanding. We shared wings, fried pickles & a prosciutto-fig pizza. The wings are cooked perfectly with a whiskey based sauce--seriously awesome. The fried pickles were battered and crispy, my husband orders them everywhere & these are the best! The pizza was exactly what I expected it to be, complete with greens, prosciutto fresh sliced & perfectly thin. Our service never lacked for anything & the place was hoppin'. Can't wait to go back, Thank you!

I won a gift certificate to Ignite, so my fiancé and I went there for lunch one afternoon. The food was a delicious, upscale take on traditional pub fare, all at extremely affordable prices. The spinach parmisan dip appetizer was to die for! I had the pulled pork sandwich and he had their classic hamburger, both of which were excellent! We took a piece of the pear spice cake home, and it did not disappoint. Overall, I would highly recommend Ignite!

What a pleasant surprise! The wood fired pizzas are SO good and the salads were large and fresh and just really good - I particularly enjoyed the Caesar salad. My first time dining at Ignite was this past weekend for my birthday. Their food was absolutely delicious. I started out disappointed when they informed me they were out of gluten free pizza crusts (I had my heart set on a pizza), but I ended up getting the short ribs instead and they were DELICIOUS. And the portions were huge - I had enough meat to have a full lunch the next day with my leftovers. We also had a personal favorite, fried pickles, that were also delicious. I especially loved their drink selection. Tons of local beers on tap, and their mixed drink selection was very unique! I'm not normally a fan of mixed drinks, but I tried their "Backyard Tea," and was blown away by how delicious it was. Overall, I highly recommend!

Well, that and his vehicle was towed! (his own fault mind you, he parked in another restaurants parking lot across the street. DON'T DO THAT! Mussels and wings were very good. The meatloaf was yummy. The bacon added nice flavor but was on the fatty/chewy side so I didn't eat that. I recommended the salmon to my friends and they loved it. I really like the jalapeño sour -- nice kick. My friend didn't care for it but was afraid to send it back. The server took care of it right away --- no problem. Overall, the service that night was average, not as attentive as our previous visit.
