Overall a very good restaurant. Tables are a bit close so expect to hear about other people exciting lives and the days news headlines whether you want to or not. Considering it is only open 3 weeks the staff was knowledgeable and attentive. Food selection is a little limited however everything we ate was terrific. My wife and I will be returning, at least once a season!

This was our second visit to Seasons52, the Carmelized Scalops are just fabulous. The restaurant offers a much quieter dinning area in the back, we were a party of 4 and had no problem problem hearing each other. Good wines, I had a Pinot Noir from the Malboro region in New Zaland. I would definately return.

I dine out very often with friends for many years, and this the best of the best. The professional wait staff who ALL smile and look at you during conversation is something refreshing in these times of people being pre-occupied texting, cell phones, or others around them---or in a word---rudeness. The over-the-top delicious meal is beautifully presented and served in a timely manner. The menu is extensive and the caloric content not exceeding 475 calories is a dream come true for most of us! Thanks for coming to New York and thank you Elizabeth, our lovely waitress! Diana Sutcliffe

Loved lunch with friends. They just need to get the service right. Several different people kept bringing things that either were not ours or not when they were supposed to come. I am sure they will perfect the service soon. The food selection was great and everything we tried was delicious.

Great, healthy food served in an upbeat, chic setting. Manhattan style restaurant located in a shopping mall. Great wine list with a large selection of wines by the glass. Although I didn't sample, the large bar looks wonderful and lively. Apparently, they will have live entertainment nightly. Service was professional. All-in-all a great addition to the area. I will be back.

This is a very welcome format to the area. Service was great, met the chef, prices are reasonable, and food is fresh and delicious. They seem to be able to work with you as well if you have special dietary needs. The trout and scallops are out personal favorites. Wasn't crazy about the chicken on another visit - just didn't do anything for me, but everything else was fantastic.

I think for a mall and chain restaurant on Long Island its pretty to look at on the inside and out. However, the lounge lizard piano player was no thrill and he looked like he belonged in a wax museum. You have to see to to believe. Our waitress was lovely and very attentive which was the best part of the overall experience. The food over all was forgettable at best. In my opinion to have to make a reservation here and still wait for a less than mediocre experience I would have to suggest waiting and having an AMAZING MEAL every time consistently with a fabulous wine list and wonderful and impressive libations GO TO HOUSTONS next door no reservation necessary for a 5 star experience every time.

    OpenTable Diner Since 2002VIP

This is an example of what sub-standard service can do. While everything out of the kitchen was delicious, our server was just ODD: incredibly earnest and sincere but seemingly had no idea of the pacing of a meal. Each time she stopped by the table she felt compelled to ask us how we were enjoying our latest course however, if we asked for something, or if plates needed to be cleared, we would sit effectively abandoned for 10, 15 minutes. I'd go back in a few months on the hope that general service issues have settled.

Everything was terrific. The only thing that I would like to suggest it to lower the cost of Cosmopolitans by $1-$2. For 2 people to have 2 drinks, it became more than 1/4 of the bill. Next time I go there I will just avoid the drinks (which is prob NOT what you want your customers to do)

    Dined on 4/7/2012
This particular Seasons 52 opened just a few days ago. This was our 4th visit to a Seasons 52 in recent years: the new Grdn Cty one, as well as one in Atlanta and 2 visits to one in Orlando. For our 2 visits in Orlando, we sat on a large outdoor patio facing a tranquil lake--with Orlando's usually mild weather this was very comfortable and soothing--and the very low noise level promoted easy conversation around and across our table. In Atlanta and in Garden City, we dined indoors. Noise was a problem in both of the latter locations, particularly Garden City. In Garden City, the noise level made conversation difficult both for those with excellent hearing as well as the person in our party who wears a hearing aid. Noise abatement needed

The food was good (not great), but a bit on the pricey side. Although we were seated right next to the kitchen, the side dishes were cold by the time our plates arrived. My husband and I both ordered the lamb chops. His were cooked to the appropriate doneness. Two of three of mine were medium rare, not medium as requested. The mini indulgence desserts were excellent.

We have been to seasons 52 in Palm Beach Florida many times and it has always been a favorite of ours so we were excited that there was one in New York close to our home. The food was great, the menu was exactly the same so we ordered all of our favorites, tomato flatbread, goat cheese ravioli, and the filet mignon was excellent. Wine list is great! Everyone from the valet, hostess and waiters were all very friendly. The service was a little spotty but I think that this was due to the fact that they have been open only a short time and it was a very busy night. I would definitely recommend seasons 52 and we will make it one of our new favorites here on Long Island.
