   Our Server, Anna, was lovely. The menu has changed so we did not order our normal salad. But enjoyed our meal.

   We have always loved our visits to Three Embers but the current menu was a bit disappointing. The shrimp bisque had almost no flavor, like a bowl of hot cream. And the new scallop preparation feels unbalanced - the pesto pistachio topping is bitter. We also tried the sausage appetizer, and while the sausage was delicious, the cheese wasn’t what we expected, and the beets were hard like they hadn’t pickled long enough. Service was amazing as always, just can’t recommend the spring menu.

   My husband and I like to go to Three Embers before the show because we park once and enjoy the evening. The menu never disappoints. We like to try new flavors that we don't make or combine at home. My husband has Duck and I had Scallops. The topping, the sauce, or the small ingredient we don't see but adds to the flavor all come together to make an incredibly tasty meal!

   The food preparation was fine, but not spectacular. We ordered a Cauliflower appetiver to split with each other, and we did not receive any plates. We were left to use our butter plates with the rolls. Really??

   My husband and I had a very wonderful experience at the restaurant. The service and food was par-excellent. The food was very good. It was a very romantic night.

   Truly a hidden gem! The food and our server, Anna, made up for how difficult it was to find the restaurant within the hotel. We had the cauliflower tempura, scallops and filet - all were spot on! Definitely a repeat!

   Wasn't worth the money, Easter Bunch is much nicer and in a better venue. While our Server was great, the rest of the staff seems out of sorts and didn't quite know what was going on, especially the staff when we 1st got there. My wife didn't even a flowers, while everyone else did....

   Great food. But. Our server had an appropriate sense of timing...whereas the host, too eager, did not. It is important, I believe, if a diner is having an appetizer or a starter, to WAIT until that course is FINISHED AND CLEARED before serving the main course. Our server knew this. The host did not. The host brought the main course way too early, while I was still eating the appetizer (a heavenly wood fired sausage platter). I accepted it, but was not pleased. The server came by then, saw this, and appropriately apologized for the too-soon delivery - without my saying anything. She simply knew. I thanked her. The host needs to take lessons from the server. Always WAIT until a course is finished and cleared before serving the next. Always.

   Our guests raved about the pork chop and the duck. Our server, Anna, was helpful, attentive and witty. It was an exceptional dining prelude to the theatre.
