Blues, Brews and Barbeques Sunday brunch is a magnificent feed, one of our big favorites. Window walls allow the beautiful mountain view to be seen from inside as well as outside. Two excellent blues duos rotate Sunday duty and they're set up outside-if you really want to hear them sit there, because sound doesn't travel into the restaurant. Otherwise, you'll just get a quick listen while you're out collecting the delicious ribs, pulled pork, barbeque chicken and salmon, carved meats, Sonoran hot dogs, tasty sides and local brews. The friendly staff is quick to keep your champagne glass filled. Inside, enjoy the Bloody Mary bar, the cold seafood, the salads, the hot breakfast dishes. Not cheap at $42, but you'll leave really happy.

The Sunday BBQ Jazz Brunch is a got to go to. We can't say which is the most outstanding, the food, jazz, service or view. We have been to lunch at the Canyon Café often and have never had a complaint but were totally surprised at everything about the brunch. Even if you only go once, you should do it,.

It had been several years since we drove the 18 miles across town to have lunch at the Canyon Cafe. It's still the perfect place for a wonderful lunch with visiting family or friends. Great food, attentive service and what I think is the most beautiful setting of any Southern Arizona resort. My favorite--- the French dip roast beef sandwich served with three dips, including a marvelous horseradish sauce, My guests were delighted with their luncheon salads. We'll be back soon!

We had a weekday lunch here. The ambiance, view, service and food were very good. . Our friend thought her veggie burger was excellent; the dessert trio was yummy; the pepperoni flat bread pizza was fine. Sometime we plan to try the Brunch as it seems to get great reviews.

Had Sunday brunch at Loews Canyon Café and it lived up to reviews I had read- great variety of food, desert, and drinks, nice blues music combo, and interesting twist with outdoor BBQ going! It was nice to get up into the foothills, walk around the resort, and enjoy the atmosphere. I will definitely be back another time when I'm visiting Tucson.

I have come to expect that everything is always as good as the last time we were there. It is always consistent, we are never disappointed. Well, maybe a little because they don't usually have Ham, which I really like. It great place to go with friends, you never feel like they are in a hurry for you to vacate your table. It is easy to have conversations.

We come here every few months for their festive Sunday brunch-Blues, Brews and Barbeques. This, our latest trip, took place after Labor Day, before the winter visitors show up. There's less choice than during busier months, fewer salads, fewer items on the outdoor grill, less of a choice in desserts. We like the place and will return, but the spread isn't as opulent when the tourists aren't around, and the price isn't any lower. When you're done eating go feed the koi.

Our group of diners likes to go to the Canyon Café at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort for the brunch at least once a year. It is a real treat. The food is great and the variety is amazing. Service is exceptional. We can all hear each other when we talk and are probably the noisiest group there. We are treated like we are important and valued as a customer. We plan to continue the tradition that started a few years ago and even possibly increase the frequency. This is a wonderful "special" place for brunch.

We had a great experience. Everyone we talked to was very friendly. Our server thoughtfully split the salad and sandwich we shared. We weren't urged to order things we didn't want, such as appetizers. (One of our pet peeves at other restaurants!) The outdoor view was wonderful. The atmosphere was so friendly that we even struck up a conversation with other diners! The desserts were incredibly yummy!

My waitress treated my elderly father like a king. The food was excellent. They sat us specifically in a quiet spot so my hard of hearing Dad could actually enjoy the conversation. Waitress went out of her way to get him the kind of dessert he wanted even if it wasn't on the lunch menu. I thought the food was excellent, but more importantly ... the service and ambiance was exceptional. Very appreciative.

Food was fantastic and fresh even though we were in the second to last seating for brunch. Moses and alisha were friendly and enthudiastic, and since we were a first time group they directed us to each different table. Couldn't have been a better experience. I expected the food quality from what I had heard and read, but as someone who works in the industry, I was most impressed by the quality of our waiter and waitress. It's hard to bring your A game at the end of a shift, but when you have two great employees like that it's easy to see why this brunch is number 1

We came here for Sunday brunch and we're completely impressed. All the food was amazing and they have something for everyone. The service was probably the best I've ever received. We have gone to the Brews, Blues and BBQ's brunch at least once or twice a year for the past 8 years. When family visits or special occasions arise we go to your brunch. It's a wonderful selection and service is terrific. Kudos to our last server "Tasha" who did an Above and Beyond job! We even had out wedding brunch last July 15th, 2012 at your brunch with 14 family members! Our long distance family who have experienced your service with us now send us gift certificates for Christmas gifts so we can keep going! We love it and the property. • Sunday brunch - not so great
    OpenTable Diner Since 2014
    Dined on 6/2/2013
Took a group of friends for Sunday brunch. Food selection was fair - nothing great - typical buffet food. Service was very poor. We had to constantly ask for refills of champagne/sparking wine - only to have the waitress return 15 minutes later with mimosas. The bus staff would not refill water glasses - instead pointing us to the waitress who was MIA. Overall, not a good value or experience.

We have been coming here many years now for special occasions and have been pleased except for the Mothers Day Brunch. The service is just chaotic on this day. The hostess will never give you the table you requested weeks ago and have even stated that you would wait for. As a matter of fact the table we wanted was in our view a few feet away sitting empty the whole time we were there until we left! Not sure what the hostesses are doing here, they seem untrained, unprofessional and lost. The servers are normally great here other than a holiday. During M-Day there are servers I have never seen before and they seem overwhelmed and really do not serve the tables well because of that. This will be our last M-Day here. Outdoor grill is the best!

I was treating my daughter and her friend to lunch and was hoping we would not be turned away as I really wanted them to experience the ambiance and food. Our server was "Moses" and he was great. Really helpful and attentive and didn't seem the least bothered by how late we were. The food was really great and very fresh. Really appreciated the staff. What could have been a stressful and cold reception was exactly the opposite and my daughter, her friend and I all walked away saying what a great lunch it was.
