The food was exceptional. We were seated in the back corner by the window and I found it to be very dark. The ceiling spots did not cover that corner and the small candle didn't provide enough light to read the menu. We were forced to use a flash light. Other than that it was a great meal!

Dinner and drinks were excellent; coffee and deserts were less so (perhaps because my group went late in the evening, about an hour before closing)

Dumplings were good; walnut chicken was not - had dark meat, not white as usually served; crispy shrimp was doughy, not edible even when the breading was taken off. Wonton soup was not tasty. Very disappointing quality of food for such a respected and recommended restaurant. Possibly the Philadelphia restaurant is better? Seated on time and politely.

Very good food at a moderate price! It is so nice to not have to go downtown for Susanna Foo! We went for lunch, and were obviously not part of the "corporate crowd", so we were seated in a quieter area of the restaurant, near the hostess stand. We were there to relax and enjoy, and that is exactly what we did.

Great meal and service with very cool decor...trendy but chic. A little noisy however,(which we didn't mind) so probably not a "romantic" type place. Be sure to get the dumplings and the scallops...they were amazing. More casual than the Susanna Foo in the city and a bit less pricey. Overall, we really enjoyed it and will definitely be back.

We thoroughly loved this place. They did not rush us, the service was excellent and the food had an unusual twist to some wonderful Asia dishes. Try it.

Very mediocre compared to the city. Service at Susanno Foo in the city is outstanding. We were extremely unimpressed with our server, who disappeared mid-meal and never returned. We had to hunt down a bus boy to have our dishes cleared, as we had been sitting there over fifteen minutes unattended to. Surely we thought our server would see then that our plates had been cleared and come over. No. Over ten minutes later we summoned another bus boy and asked if we might be offered coffee or dessert - which he himself wound up bringing to us. He claimed our server had some sort of emergency, but the entire time we had seen her from a distance walking around in one of the empty banquet rooms, not doing much. Busboy also brought us check.

We enjoyed the ambiance, decor, food and although the service was good, we felt VERY rushed by the staff. This is not an inexpensive restaurant and we would have enjoyed it better at our own pace. we felt it was all about the check to the waiter.

We were impressed with the ambience when we first arrived. The appetizers and drinks were very good. However, our waiter was a big snob and never asked us how anything was. Furthermore, it took twenty minutes between the appetizers and soup course and even longer for him to come back to take our entree order. He never apologized for the slow service and acted like he was doing us a favor by waiting on us. Someone needs to teach him about the importance of treating people with kindness and respect, especially when you are working on tips/commission. Because of him and the snobby hostess, I will not return to this restaurant.

Very tasty food, but also pricey. Nice ambience. Since we were there on Good Friday, the restaurant was empty; overheard staff commenting about that. Server tried pushing drinks and food a bit much.

Was disappointed in the food. Expected it to be not as fabulous at the original Suzanna Foo given the price but the semese noodles were not good at all. the dumplings with truffel oit and mushroom were good, the chicken with honey walnut suace was great and the mahi mahi was ok but nothing really special. not sure if i would go back. rather go to Yang Ming. lighting was poor--gave me a headache and i even sat in one of the most well lit places. Wait staff was freindly but a little slow.--

The waiter was rude, unhelpful and dismissive of our complaints. The food took nearly an hour to arrive and came out cold and limp. It was an expensive, miserable experience. I have never had a worse time at a restaurant. On the plus side, there was a lot of free parking, so at least we weren't encumbered with dealing with that when we finally escaped.
