The menu is a hybrid of the classic and the contemporary and based in French techniques, but remains rooted in New American cuisine with farm-fresh produce and Midwest sensibilities. The Bristol wine program is built on a foundation of producers that are the benchmarks for their regions and styles of wine-making, while also focusing on the new generation of producers who've taken the baton and are re-shaping their region's historic styles. The tasting menu here is reasonable, delicious, and innovative. Cocktails are also fabulous. Highly recommend.

We had one of the best experiences we've ever had in a restaurant!! It was simply amazing, not just the food and presentation of the plates, but the service was also outstanding!!! We were celebrating my husband's birthday, they had a bd card signed by everyone, they brought our desert with candles and the chef came out to say hello. Everyone was very attentive and nice: the hosts, all the servers, the barman, the chef and a cook who came several times to check on us. I would go back anytime!!!

Wonderful place -- superb bartender who stocks hard-to-find spirits like Luxard, Green Chartreuse and Creme de Violette. Fantastic food which is presented beautifully and a truly kind staff. Highly recommended.

Really great experience. I had the vegetarian tasting menu and was really blown away by the creativity, the flavors and textures of the food. All the staff were very attentive and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Exquisite! We did the "8-Course Experience," and what an experience! Dishes were perfectly arranged and timed. Excellent wine list. GM and Chef were very down to earth and personable. Would do it 1000 times over again. We are from out of town, but hopeful to make it back for the refreshed Summer menu beginning in July.
