A word from Betty's Nosh
Betty’s NOSH offers a new twist on the traditional wine bar. It offers a casual, yet swanky dining experience and includes a unique menu with a substantial wine list.

Betty's NOSH is the original and only mushroom bar featuring a variety of over 25 different stuffed mushrooms.

Come in with a group of friends and try a different dining experience with noshables. Noshables are small portion plates meant to be shared over good conversation and a glass of wine.

  • Disappointing Mushrooms

Since stuffed mushrooms are their specialty, three of us decided to share three different stuffed button mushrooms. While the portions were perfect for a lunch, we found the beef stuffed mushrooms to be very dry. The other two choices, one shrimp and one cheesey, were adequate. I would not order mushrooms there again and that is sad since they are a mushroom bar. I did like the ambiance and the comfortable patio.

This is my first time at Betty's Nosh and the only thing I didn't like about it is that it's not in my neighborhood. I found this restaurant on Open Table and figured I would give it a whirl.. brought two coworkers with me and we fell in love. The mushroom bar was amazing, the noshables were amazing, and the cheese plate was to die for. I loved Betty's Nosh... its a great place for foodies and people that are "in the know"

This was our fourth time dining at Betty's. We find the food to be excellent but a bit inconsistent. This visit we a table of 4 shared a said, several nosh's, a main dish, and mushrooms. All were delicious but the mushrooms were a bit on the cold side with not enough sauce. For $12 a mushroom I expect excellence. Our server was fantastic and we will definitely be returning, for this place is a gem in the NW valley!

Every aspect of the food was delicious; the only thing that went wrong was with the cheese and meat platter, it was shared with the entire table, but the meats were stuck together so lots of fingering of food had to happen; not a problem since we were all family, but this may be a problem if you are with people you aren't as familiar with! Being able to watch the chefs cook the food is wonderful, you know its being made fresh for you. The mushroom bar was definitely unique, and also delicious. We made the Tuesday mushroom and wine bottle special, which was great, and very economical! Overall a great pick for a special occasion, my father's 65th birthday!

  • Are mushrooms enough for lunch?
    OpenTable Diner Since 2011

Overall was an okay experience, I've been in the past for happy hour and was much more impressed. I think the lack of a "lunch menu" or special that included mushrooms and a side salad to make it a proper meal that was disappointing. Three button mushrooms for $9 with nothing else for lunch isn't enough, though many in my group tried this, they all left disappointed. These folks weren't willing to spend another $4-5 for a salad or soup. In comparison the sandwiches were large and filling for between $8-12, a much more filling meal for your money. It's a great place for happy hour when you're not looking to fill up. The best part of lunch was laughing about the portion to money spent ratio of things.

We enjoyed our birthday lunch at Betty's Nosh. It was our first (but NOT our last) time there. Food and service were awesome. Their menu was great ... great choices for any of your guests. Great neighborhood spot

  • I have patronized Betty's
    OpenTable Diner Since 2011

I have patronized Betty's Nosh three times now. It is obvious to me, that there have been several changes in recipes, and the quality of the products have dropped dramatically. The ambiance is still sublime and the wait staff were adequate, but the dishes we were served were cold, tasteless and certainly not worth the prices charged. They do have a nice wine list and I still feel the concept is interesting, but above all else, you must serve well prepared food if you're going to build a restaurant around an idea of small varied portion combinations of high quality dishes. They have lost their way.

This restaurant is a welcome addition to an area that is mostly populated with chain restaurants. We loved the Noshables concept and the Mushroom Bar. We were a part of four and were able to try a variety of plates. Every dish was delicious, including the salads. Don't skip dessert, a lovely little gem at the end of the meal.

Betty's is a great new dining spot in the NW Valley. Their specialty, a mushroom "bar" with tons of tasty choices, is not to be missed; but other items such as the pulled pork sliders are outstanding too. Save room for one of their yummy desserts. Service is friendly and attentive.
