Very good Italian food at a reasonable price. I tried one of the specialties; chicken with a sauce of strawberries, sweet onion, and cream and it was absolutely delicious. Service is good, but the restaurant is small, and when it is full the service can get slow.

Best Italian In the Vail Valley. We make 6-8 trips per year to Vail. Ti Amo is the only restaurant in the valley that we make sure to eat at on every trip. The Strawberry Chicken is amazing!

  • A local gem in the Eagle-Vai valley

This has been a standby of mine and a family favorite.when visiting Vail for many years. It is a bit off the beaten path since it is located not far from Dow Junction between Vail and Avon in a small strip mall, but it is worth the trip. Excellent, diversified upscale continental Italian menu. I have never had a bad meal here.Food is always fresh tasting and well prepared and service friendly and attentive. It is a modest sized place with a warm, cozy ambiance and can be crowded with long wait times to get a table -- be sure you reserve ahead. The restaurant is popular with locals -- always a good sign. Open for lunch, too, where mostly locals come since it is not in one of the ski areas.

This is our 3rd time in five years dining at Tiamo's. It remains one of our favorite restaurants in theVail/Beaver Creek area. The ossobuco was the best I've ever tasted- mouthwatering. Risotto dishes and the chicken dish with strawberry glaze was also a hit. Definitely suggest ordering a bottle of the 2007 Casa Emma Chianti Classico with your meal. Evviva il cuoco!

Food was very good but service was not up to par. Our waiter started out great but seemed to lose interest after we ordered. He poured our first glass of wine (we had a bottle) but we had to do the rest.Still remains a great place for very good Italian food.

This is a must-go restaurant if you're in Avon, Edwards, Vail or Beaver Creek for simply the best Italian food you'll ever experience. Make sure to make a reservation, as there is rarely an empty table here with good reason.

We've been to TiAmo many times over the years with many different sizes of groups. This time we had a group of 8. Our reservation was for 6:45 and the restaurant was packed. Our table was already set for us, and all the restaurant people who helped us were great, from the people at the front to the servers. The food was wonderful, the service was friendly and good (but not friendly in an obtrusive, sit down at your table way--just very nice). It was one of our best experiences there. Would recommend you try it to eat someplace that is a good mix of locals and visitors.

Good atmosphere, long wait at the bar, most of the time standing, but the bartender was great and that made a difference. She was a gem. Service, friendly and professional. Food: Don't order the home made pasta, it was thick and tasteless, ruined the dish. Next time I'll go with the store bought. What a shame! We all ate pasta, changed our "menu" pasta for the home made and were so sorry. We make our own at home. No one finished any of the dishes.
