My husband, daughter (16 years old), and I decided to stay local for Spring Break and enjoy all of the places we never got around to. We made a reservation for lunch on a Thursday. When we arrived, there was one couple ahead of us. We stood at the door for a good 10 minutes before being greeted for the first time. During the meal, our drinks went empty, two items were left off of our original order and we had to wait additional time for the items to be made. Overall, between the service and the cost of the meal, we were completely unsatisfied.

I thought the food was very good, expecially the lobster Bisque. But the service was slow for a business lunch and the noise level excessive.

Had lunch here with clients. Enjoyed the food and service was very good. The music at lunch was way too load. Also - we had scheduled any early lunch - 11AM which is when the restaurant was suppose to open. They were late opening and were somewhat disorganized with assigning tables.

Very difficult not not to have good tasting flounder. The orzo and vegetables were acceptable Flounder was fishy. It must have not been fresh. Also not impressed with bartender not very friendly considering it is mainly a convention and tourist restaurant.

Overall my experience was awesome. I double date here with my in-laws and it was a fit for both age groups. The food was great and my wife is a culinary student and very picky and she loved it, although she easily picked out crab shells from her dish, she still was satisfied overall. We enjoyed ourselves. In addition the prices were great!

6pm res prior to a 730 concert. Our party of 4 were seated promptly, order taken. Then we waited. Nothing nonstandard in our order and there were empty tables around us. We placed entire order at 6:03. Drinks arrived at 6:30. Our appetizer arrived at 6:45. Entrees arrived at 7:20. I ordered the Grilled Cobia and Crab Chimichurri. A dry corn cake topped by the most overcooked piece of fish I have ever had, no sauce and a battered Jalapeno popper. My meal was nearly inedible it was so dry and flavorless. I felt I had no choice but to eat it because it had taken almost an 1:30 to get to us from the time it was ordered and now we were going to be late for the concert. In hindsight, I wish I'd sent it back and just had it removed from our bill.

We recently dined at this McCormick & Schmicks location. Made reservations well in advance because we were attending a concert. The restaurant is very close to the Phillips Arena which is were the concert was. Service was very good. Our server was very good at steering us to the right menu choices that would please our pallet. All the way around great food and service. And walked right over to the concert all in perfect timing.

I only frequent one fine dining "chain"-- with which I am very happy-- and thought I would try another. That was a mistake. Our waiter was very friendly, but overall service was only so-so. I took a flyer on an unfamiliar bottle of red wine which was awful... only the second undrinakable bottle of wine I have ever ordered. I returned it and ordered a different wine, but because the first was not "bad"-- it just tasted bad-- it remained on my bill. The food was very good. Shrimp kisses appetizer, low country shrimp and grits, filet and lobster, grilled asparagus. Only the mashed potato was disappointing. All in all, though, the experience was very average. I wanted more than that.

I haven't had a bad experience at any McCormick & Schmick. The service was a bit slow but I know they were very busy. Just seemed as if they were understaffed. Good was very good though as it always is. The clam chowder was a bit salty, but the lobster Cobb salad, ahi tuna, and oysters were excellent.

Excellent restaurant with a diverse menu. Although there's lots to choose from, ordering the seafood of the day by itself (comes with whipped potatoes and veggies) is a basic, yet delicious, option. I had the grilled salmon and it was very good. Add the lobster bisque and it is perfect. Service was excellent...Megan is super at what she does. Only complaint would be the music...loud and more suited for a sports bar or beauty shop than an upscale restaurant.

I had the Chef's Cobia fish special recommendation . The Cobia was cooked to perfection. The jalapeño chile releno that accompanied the dish was "smoke'n" hot but good. Three of the staff members even came over to see if I could handle the heat. My wife had the almond crusted rainbow trout that was one of the best fish dishes she has had. A delicate buttery lemon flavor that added to the almond coating.

This restaurant is very convenient to CNN, Phillips Arena and the Georgia World Congress Center. I was able to get reservations for two during a large conference and also the SEC basketball tournament. We were seated on time and received excellent service. Our waiter had a wonderful personalty and was very attentive even with a very crowded restaurant. The food was very good. I had crab cakes and I am very selective when it comes to seafood. For the location and the quality of the food, the cost was surprisingly very reasonable. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a reservation for 6pm but arrived early at 5pm and waited. While waiting there were empty tables and in particular a table in sight of the reception stand that sat vacant. During this time anyone arriving without a reservation was told the earliest available was 8:30pm. At 5:45pm we were taken to be seated at the table near the reception area. Because it was in the traffic pattern we requested a nearby vacant table and were seated there. I understand holding tables for people with reservations but in this case that table was vacant for at least 45 minutes.

Restaurant is always a winner in terms of food, but this was our first visit to the Atlanta location. They were busy, quoting a wait of an hour and a half, and the bar and lobby area were very crowded. The dining area was loud - no way to have a nice conversation. Waitstaff was busy, bar was busy, so food and drinks took a while. That said, the food was very good.

Our table was ready at the appointed time. The bar was crowded. Drinks pricey. We had great oysters. The rest of the meal was good. The servers did a good job. The dining area was very noisy with tables close together. I would not recommend it for those looking for a relaxing meal with conversation.

I dined before the Eagles concert on Monday. I had a reservation at 6:45, but was not seated until 7:25. I was dining alone and noticed that groups of four with reservations later than mine were seated before me. I understand that seating me at a table for four is a waste of space, but I think after 15 minutes past the reservation time, the tables should go to whomever has the earliest reservation.

We had a wonderful night, but it took about 40 minutes to just to get our drinks re-filled from the bar. It appears on concert nights they have a hard time keeping up with the large crowd. Maybe they need a bigger bar staff on those nights. Food was amazing and our server was very pleasant.

I can sum it up with our first five minutes...we sat down for our 5:15 reservation at 5:25. They had plenty of tables available, but sat us late anyway and acted like they were doing us a favor for seating us. We were seated and asked for a drink list and the server said "I can tell you what we have...on busy nights we don't give the drink menu out because it takes too long for customers to decide what drink they want." Our server was combative at some points during the evening, even making fun of one of our party implying she was stupid. The food was okay, but can't make up for the absolutely worst service ever. NEVER going back...a total disappointment. We ate ate Fresh 2 Go in the CNN plaza two months ago before the P!nk concert...great!
