This restaurant didn't honor the Dine Around Seattle on Sunday at lunch time, due to they are serving brunch special, but need to mention that somewhere in the advertisement. We came along way for this. This was a disappointed one and the service that I got today was very slow.

You can't beat the view, but the food was just OK. We both had Mahi Mahi and chips and each ordered a salad to start. My wedge type salad was no where near as good as Matt's at Redmond Town Center. My partner's salad was a house with blue cheese dressing and he said he prefers Outbacks salads. The fish and chips were good, but not great, and I'll take Ivar's over BeachHouse any time. The prices were surprisingly not as high as I expected. We may try it again and order different things.

During a storm, barely a thing to keep water outside, the floor was quite wet. I went sliding across, as there is no tread on the floor, and slipping causing me to fall down the hard stairs. I injured my back, neck, hip, and ribs. I had to get an Xray done, in fact. The hostess just looked up as I thudded onto the floor (this is on camera, too) and said/did nothing. The waitress did the same thing. It was shocking! I had paella which wasn't excellent but had great taste. My sister's salmon was overcooked to dry. Good flavor, somewhat poor execution. It took me a half hour to get a drink & I was counting, after a fall like that - I was in severe pain. She was slow to come back and brought checks instead of asking for additional orders.

Wife n I wanted something simple yet nice on New Years Eve and not crowded or log waits. We've been there several times and always good. My steak was great, although her king crab was ok. Prices are very reasonable so in the end they met our needs. Only reason service was rated down was some confusion on this night over which waiter had our table so service was slow. Beach House will remain one of our favorites

We scheduled a small Christmas time lunch for three people on Friday, Dec 27th. We were a little surprised when we showed up at 11:30 that we were the only table occupied. We were ok with that though as we received the best table by the window and had the fireplace all to ourselves. The food was excellent and the service was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and plan to visit the restaurant again. By the time we left almost all of the tables were occupied and the restaurant was full

We were there for Christmas Eve. Got there early, and the place totally filled up soon after. Had a nice table by the window, though seating is tiered, so most of the seats have a view. The menu is varied; not your usual dinner fare. Our meals were excellent. (Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Seafood Cobb Salad) We will definitely return!

A group of us meet monthly for Girls' Night Out. In December, we meet for dinner and a concert at the KPC. I came across the Beachhouse bar + grill when I couldn't get reservation at any of the restaurants closer to the Center. I took a chance that paid off big time. The service was lovely, the ambience great, but the food was outstanding. We seriously discussed ordering more of the spicy shrimp appetizer, and halfway through the meal we started making return plans. Steaks were cooked as requested, portions were more than ample, seafood was well-prepared and tasty, and I understand the Kahlua mousse cake was to-die-for; I was mooning over the crème brulee at the time. We recommend this great restaurant - it's a class act. Eight thumbs up!

Long weight time for service, when the server came he brought a single water for a table of four. Five minutes later we received two more waters, so were still a water short and very frustrated. Our appetizers also came at different times, but it may have been a case of trying to get us stuff out of the kitchen fast. The real problem was with the mains. A server came and bused one of our appetizer plates, and then attempted to bring out our mains. (One by one, again, but within an acceptable time frame.) The problem was there was no space on the table for the mains! The servers eventually realized and had to call someone else over to remove the plates from the table (because their hands were full with one main dish...) It was really silly.

there was a large party of old timers at the restaurant, but their noise really didn't offend us. The high ceilings must somehow absorp the noise. The old boys were singing and having a good time, it rubbed off to us I guess. Your staff had to move us from our original seat to accommodate the large party, but the gave us lots of attention and served us well. It wa a good time. I hope I can make it to 85 years old , I think he was the oldest member in the group.

Four of us ate here on Friday and for the first time we were disappointed. The portions were small and not well prepared. My friends were arching for the crab in the crab stuffed salmon special. While my 3 shrimps were excellent, my surf and turf stake was small and medium well done in steady of the medium I'd asked for. This was a significant disappointment for a place that has become one of our neighborhood spots.
