Found this place onine and liked the looks of the menu and room; what we did not know was that the evening we booked, our first visit, coincided with a gigantic Phoenixville summer street festival, with thousands of people milling about, and dozens waiting to be seated at the restaurant. Our reservation was honored promptly, and the food (focus regional Italian) and service were very good, notwithstanding that every seat was filled and chaos surrounded the place. Nice experience!

  • Great first time @ Pepperoncini

Visited the restaurant for the first time along with my wife, 2 kids (8 and 10), and my nephew (20). We were able to find something for everyone and the food was great. We were looking for a kid-friendly place where we could get good food and we found it. The decor was upscale but people still had lively conversations which made us feel good since our conversations can get somewhat loud. I would like to come back without the kids because the bar area seemed great for happy hour and late night hanging.

Close to being very good on all accounts - especially food and service. Even then it would be difficult to justify the cost compared to other restaurants in the area, you can expect $100 for dinner for 2.

Wine that we ordered was good, although they had none of their wine that was advertised as the special. Antipasta was OK. Came with cranberries instead of olives???? Gnocchi was heavy as lead; I could not eat it. Manager did offer us a free dessert because I left my entre. Gelato was awful. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Wanted to make things right. Perhaps this was an off night. The place was packed with diners.

The food was outsanding, the waitress a little lacking in knowledge of menu items and specials. Lighting makes difficult to read the menu's very dark. Not a fan of the walking down the steps into the basement. Need to work on the menu printing saw almost every table struggling to read. The bus staff were excellent made sure our water was refreshed and cleared plates as needed, good job.

Guess we caught an off night. It was Sunday, July 3rd, and the two servers were struggling to keep up with the unanticipated crowd. It took almost a half hour to get our first cocktails. The waitress, near tears, kept apologizing throughout the meal, which took about two hours. (We did not have dessert - we were afraid we'd be there another hour!) The food was pretty good, but we definitely won't be recommending it to our friends, and would not go back.

My sister recommended this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic. My husband and I both had veal and it was delicious. Just the right amount of food (not too much - not too little). There was a guitar/singer the night we were there who was very good. It was my husband's birthday and we had a very nice evening.

Delicious freshly made mozzerella. Crispy, wafer-thin, brick oven pizzas - just like we had in Italy. Fresh ingredients. Good food!

The food was great. Although our server did a decent job, you can tell the staff and kitchen are still working out a few kinks. It is still worth checking out.

I've been to their location in Conshohocken and was expecting great things at this new location. While the food is the same quality the ambiance is not as inviting.
