Awesome service from Jonathan and the whole team! They knew we were getting married at the venue upstairs and made it a special night.

Went for brunch. Service and food was amazing. Dinner menu is definitely on the pricier side but more reasonable for brunch. Definitely will be back to try the sushi.

A breezy warm Saturday night, perfect for alfresco dining, and the Feathered Fox was the perfect venue. Great views of NY skyline, and Jersey City, all by a waterfront setting. Now the real reason to go was not simply the ambiance, but the food. The cocktails are inventive, easy to go for a second. Tried the sushi menu and the mango avocado was delicious. The halibut was prepared to perfection, and the cheesecake tasted like more1 The staff make this experience special, attentive, and genuinely friendly. On our visit, they were entertaining a large group of unexpected guests, and still our service was impeccable. We will be back, soon.

Food and atmosphere are excellent. Service is lacking as usual. Bar is always backed up and takes forever to get drinks brought to your table. Please hire additional bar staff! Waitress always has to check if certain wines are available. Hostess is clueless, brought ONE menu to our table for 6 then never brought the rest over.

GORGEOUS. The moment you walk in, it's impressive. Ambiance is amazing to sit outside waterfront. Outside is quiet, don't know about indoors (no live music when we went).Table is spacious and they don't crowd you. FOOD: We don't eat meat and we still loved it! The sushi was wonderful, the Halibut entree was divine. Dessert is expensive but it's a huge portion- the chocolate blackout cake slice is enough for 2 ppl! I noticed another reviewer said "dont order the Brussel sprouts" but ironically we asked for ours modified as my partner didn't want the described honey sauce, and they were OUTSTANDING simply cooked! TELL THEM if you don't eat meat - important for sides. This restaurant opened only weeks ago, so I will forgive the services issues that we endured: (1) we waited quite a bit before any server even approached us at our table to begin with, (2) the server was not knowledgeable about details about the food beyond what is listed on the menu, offering to ask our questions but not having time to, which delayed our ability to order around our dietary issues. (3) We had to ask for more water when glasses were visibly empty and more soy sauce rather than these needs be anticipated. (4) the food runner asked of if we needed share plates for the sushi rather than just drop them- turns out, we did, the sushi pieces are wonderfully large! (5) The server was lovely friendly but seemed overwhelmed. All these issues were clearly signs of a new restaurant that will find its service flow with time, but when a restaurant is charging $40 for an entree, it should be mindful of finding another way to take care of guests when there are small issues... Overall, this is a wonderful new hotspot for jersey city elegant waterfront dining. The design elements are lovely, with thoughtful pops of cheerful yellow, especially with the lighting which is romantic, everything feels elevated. You feel "transported" to another place all together and forget you're just minutes from concrete.

Connor, our server, was very professional explaining the menu and making recommendations. He was also very engaging. He was fun but still professional. Katie, the hostess was very sweet and showed us to a lovely table. The decor was beautiful without being over decorated. The location of the restaurant was lovely.

The food was incredible here! The sushi was fresh and flavorful as well as the steak cuts. Our waiter Jonathan was super attentive and respectful. Definitely going to be coming back for more food and Jonathan’s service too.

I was torn about writing this review so less people would know about it. But from the food to the staff, everything was amazing and perfect. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been from jc to edgewater, this hands down is my new go to!
