Menu is limited; more standard fare (almost like a soup and sandwich place) but for the specials which had some nice dinner entrees. Portions are large, 2 can share. The great part was the service and the knowledgeable staff (they knew the menu inside out, including the wine menu). Our server gave us great descriptions and recommendations for red wine. I finally found a red wine I like, it's sweet. Wine prices are steep, but okay given the dining experience. Ex: Casteggio Sangue di Giuda $9/gl (you can buy it for $9.99/bottle, although not easily found at stores). This is one of the few places where you'll find more selection of sweet and sparkling wines, including dessert wines & an ice wine. Bravo Imperium!

Great live entertainment - in the background and good. The service was good, the food disappointing - too much bbq sauce on the flat breads, and the mahimahi overcooked. Would recommend for sundowners, not for dinner.

Great location on main thorofare in Celebration, FL. A nice space with tables in front, out back and a few inside. Wine list was reasonable and had a varied selection and the waitstaff able to give advice. Food was not distinguished other than by sweet chili sauce (straight out of a bottle) on everything! "Tempura" shrimp in a wrap was too heavily battered and very scarce - maybe 4 shrimp total, with lots of filler greens. Flatbread had same shrimp- butterflied and cut in half to look like more. A salmon sushi tower was a massive quantity of rather large dice raw salmon, with minimal seasoning, mixed with ?similar sizes, mealy tomato, good avocado buried beneath canned crisp chop suey noodles. Too blah to finish. Thankfully-wines were ok.

We booked this after reading good reviews but were disappointed with the restaurant layout on arrival. Inside it is more like a wine bar. As a group of 11 it wasnt so easy to relocate us outside. There was space but the waiter didn't want to lift any of the bistro tables - not too strenuous ! It was a birthday celebration for our family so we had no option than to split into two smaller groups. The menu was small and casual but very tasty. When another group left we re-arranged the tables ourselves... Just in time to eat the mains together. In a nutshell, fine for young couples not great for a family group on holiday expecting a bit more of an ambience or view.

The food was very good; portions, quality and timing. Good wine selections but a bit pricey. Had later reservation for five. Seated outside behind the dining room with a very bright street light in the parking lot shocking the ambiance. Also didn't help that an adjoining table with several young children had finished eating and were scattering about playing exuberant games - not Imperium's fault.

Our party of four loved everything we ordered. Stand out dishes included the Veal Saltimbocca dinner special and the Prosciutto and Parm from the panini menu, which has so many delicious sounding options, it was hard to choose just one. The sangria was fantastic as well.

I love this place -- it is great. Usually a good place for food and drinks, fun atmosphere and decent values. I rated them a little lower because there was a strange burning/smoking smell all evening. But, it was otherwise great. I'll be back soon!

Above average dining experience. The Chicken Curry Wrap is amazing (served hot, by the way, which was a wonderful surprise as this is not indicated on the menu). The cheese plate appetizer has a wonderful variety and is nicely presented with a good balance of fruit and nuts. Although reservations are not required it was convenient option to make them on-line using a smart phone while walking throught Walt Disney World. I live in Tampa, but after two visits to the Imperium I have made it my restaurant of choice when in the Kissimmee area.

We came across Imperium while browsing Yelp for somewhere to dine other than the local chains. They primarily serve tapas-style small plates but did offer a handful of entree specials. The food was all fresh, creative and delicious. No matter what you're looking for you wont be disappointed at Imperium. The live guitarist was an added bonus.

I really enjoy this restaurant. I have no complaints other than they run out of menu items often. I will mention that I'm usually there later in the evening so I can't complain too much about that. I guess that's just a sign that those things are really good and go fast. I'll return for sure!

Went to Imperium not expecting much and was extremely surpised! Had the Cuban sandwhich and it was awesome. As a matter of fact, I enjoyed it more than the Cuban from the Spanish restaurant just down the road...which is very good itself. My wife had the Ruben that she enjoyed very much too. I have to admit that I was expecting not to be impressed or even disappointed but was blown away. Really good, simple, and clean food in a great atmosphere. The service was exceptional too. My only complaint would be that they were out of several things on the menu. Maybe that's indicative of the popularity of those items. Had a great time and enjoyed sitting outside to eat. Will be back for sure!

    OpenTable Diner Since 2006VIP

This was our first disappointment from OpenTable. Can't believe it was the restaurant described on your site. We couldn't get a decent table (in spite of having made the reservation weeks ago). Sat at the bar and were given menus that offered only run-of-the-mill salads and sandwiches. (We thought they had mistakenly given us the lunch menu, but it was dinner.) Were then told there was a back-up in the kitchen and would have at least a 40 min. wait for food. We walked out. (Note to OpenTable - get this place off your site. It's making you look bad!)

This place has a great selection of fine wines and you can not beat their happy hour with $2 off per glass. Their food is good and reasonably priced. They do ahve an outside seating area and sometimes live music. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about their wines. With the downtown Celebration atmosphere --you can beat it for a nice evening out with friends.....
