Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Great NY Strip and South African lobster tails with great handcrafted cocktails. Excellent service by Denise as always ! She really made the experience a much better one with her awesome service and made up for the terrible check-in experience.

    My veal steak arrived overcooked. The manager came to our table & apologized. He insisted to redo my order & MY WIFE’S steak and sides too! Free dessert for Father’s Day. What could have been a disappointment was transitioned by high integrity customer service into a wonderful experience & memory.

    Outstanding service. Server was attentive and very professional and friendly. Steak was cooked to perfection and my favorite pumpernickel bread was was so good! Always a great experience I love capital Grille.
