A word from Cooper Pub
Cooper brings European style to a warm, friendly pub with food that is a destination in itself. The menu includes hearty pub classics with and without twists, vegetarian and ethnic specialties, lighter dishes to satisfy wee cravings, and homemade soups and sauces. Our happy hour highlights a round-the-clock sense of value, with a diverse appetizer menu and loads of drink options. Our Wee Lunch, which includes salad, fries and wee sandwich or burger, is perfect if you normally don’t split or share items. We haven’t limited ourselves to traditional Irish fare – healthy choices abound which will satisfy your hard-working appetite any day of the week.

The Pub Life is our heart. Relax with a newspaper and a 2 Gingers Whiskey, invite some friends for stimulating conversation over perfectly poured pints, or engage in some old-world-inspired friendly competition over a game of darts or billiards.

Whichever you choose, come in. Make yourself at home. Stay a while.

The restaurant is nice from the outside, nice on the inside. The service was great and it was clear both of the managers had read the note on the OpenTable reservation as they both came over and congratulated us. The food was really good. I'll go back.

It gets noisy and it becomes difficult to have a business lunch conversation. The food was very good. We especially enjoyed the tomato & cheddar soup, and the cheescake mousse dessert with ginger bread and fresh fruit.

We were treated very well by everyone at Coopers. We had a very early lunch out on the patio. Other than the UPS truck that came in right by us, it's a good way to have a relatively quiet lunch so you can hear your lunch partner!

I was here for my birthday, with friends coming and going. Our Waitress hardly ever came to our table, and we would wait up to 20 minutes for her to come over once a new person had arrived, or even when we sat down to get drinks.--Horrible. I'll never go back.

Cooper Pub is a great location for a personal or business lunch with a lunch menu that accommodates all appetites at reasonable prices. The staff is very friendly, knowledgable and aware of the time constraints most lunch patrons are under and, their friendliness promotes a "neighborhood pub" feeling. Food preparation and presentation are superb! They have abundant free underground and ramp parking which is great for Minnesota. Parking is only a challenge on the first visit, the shops/restaurants are layed out to encompass the parking so it will take a few extra minutes to navigate. We will be back soon, I'm sure!

Overall very good experience. I had a group of 6 for my birthday. Seating was prompt, service very good. One member of our party had an issue with her entree but the maitre addressed it promptly No problems with splitting the check. We got a complimentary dessert for the birthday occasion. The menu items are beyond bar fare (salads and some indian inspired dishes, mascarpone, etc). We love going there for happy hour, mostly for the food (wee burgers and pizza). I cannot comment on the beer variety since don't drink much beer but their cocktails are quite good for any mood.

The fish and chips were awesome and I had the opporunity to taste the Shepherds Pie which was outstanding. This was well complimented by a Smithwick's in a pint glass. Atmosephere was outstanding and we had a fabulous gathering with friends from the East Caost. Thank You

The ambiance was great! It was very bright and open, but still felt cozy. There were 6 in our party and we ordered soups, salads and sandwiches and everything was excellent! Highly recommend the tomato basil soup!!! Prices were average, but it was a bit noisy and hard to hear. We were there on a Saturday at noon - not very crowded so the noise was more noticeable than say you'd notice at Happy Hour.

We were greeted with a friendly smile and seated immediately. Our table was kind of a turn off. We were seated in the middle of everything at a tiny table for two. My significant other is not a small guy, so it was kind of uncomfortable. Also, on OpenTable.com I mentioned that we were celebrating his birthday, but no one seemed to know that. Our server greeted our table quickly and returned with our drinks just as fast. We ordered the cheese plate for an app which was tasty, but needed more bread. I has Hazel's Fish and Chips and my guest had the meatloaf sandwich. Our entrees were wonderful, especially the meatloaf. I would have liked our server to explain "Champs". We did receive a free dessert for the birthday, which was a nice touch.

Virtually impossible to talk to person across the table due to loud and unrelenting noise and clatter. Hoarse voice after a one hour meal from shouting. Probably will not return since meals are equated with social time for me and this was unbearable. We had to continue our conversation elsewhere. Over salted Salmon served with very over cooked wilted asparagus, no offer of bread.
