Food is delicious, pricing is moderate, staff courteous. Our waitress remembered us from our one visit five months before! Might pass on the stuffed artichoke appetizer next time. The leaves were tough and not the best I have had though the stuffing was good.

When we arrived (party of 4), we were seated in a booth that shielded us from noisy conversation. This being our first (but not our last) visit to this restaurant, we all were quite impressed. Had a nice conversation with the owner, who was very outgoing, and even came to our booth a few times to make sure we were all pleased with not only our seating arrangements but our meals.

Very good Italian Restaurant. Have yet to be disappointed here, and I can recommend this restaurant to others. They also have some large booths which are a little more secluded from the rest of the restaurant. It is a shame they have a machine for orders right by these. The service is also very good and the staff is friendly.

We went for Valentine's and it was a lot of fun. It was crowded, so we were near the bar, not my favorite location to sit. However, the food was excellent. We shared a crab cake and mushroom appetizer, which was delicious. My wife had the lobster ravioli and I had Tilapia with capers. Both were prepared perfectly and both tasted wonderful. The ravioli also had shrimp on top, and a sauce that was very smooth and creamy tomato sauce. The fish was cooked just right, with a light wine sauce and the capers adding a salty counterpoint to the fish. We'll definitely be returning here again.

Had a great experience. The food was delicious and my family was very happy with my choice to dine here. We tried getting reservations at more well known places but couldn't get in at the time we wanted. This was definitely a last minute choice and one where I totally just lucked out. I have been ordering takeout from La Tosca for almost a year, but this was the first time I eat at the restaurant. The food and service was amazing! I had the risotto which was one of the best I've had and also tried some of my boyfriends seabass, which was superb. The service was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the owner or managers presence to ensure everything was good. I am definitly going back to try some of the other delicious dishes!

Excellent food and very good service. Seems all I could recommend is for them to expand their selections since what they serve is very good, more options would make the restaurant even better. It is also a treat when a restauant has specials that regularly change. I make these recommendations not because I have exhausted their faire, but because this restaurant is becoming a regular restaurant for my wife and myself.

La Tosca is one of the best finds in the western suburbs. Prices are reasonable, quality of food is some of the best have had in along time, service is outstanding, drinks are good as well as do not break the bank if you want a second. And atmosphere is elegant while still making you feel like you part of the family. La Tosca is good for not only special occassions but to come back and enjoy your weekly fix of pasta.

The food is outstanding. After a few failed attempts this location again has a wonderful restaurant to replace one that was popular for years. They serve two types of bread before the meal, one being a typical bread and the other a special treat. The soup was extra hardy and delicious. We both had the Involtini alla Angelotti which we had before, but it was so good we wanted it again. We are likely to make this restaurant one of our regulars and plan on returning.

I was impressed with La Tosca my first visit, but this one blew me away. As i entered the bar was packed and full of energy. The new chef Enrico is putting out some great meals. The pasta with tomato basil great, simply but perfectly executed! We split an order of fried calamari which was light and crisp, some of the most tender in the area. I like this place because the owners are always around making sure everything is ok, along with the chef. This night we opted to split a pizza along with the pasta. Let me tell you, it was amazing...we had the prosciutto and arugula, from the presentation to the crisp crust it was yummy! I love this place

Great restaurant. I had the risotto with seafood which was outstanding, probably the best risotto I've had. We also tried the seabass and veal saltimboca. All the dishes were fantastic, generous portions and prices were reasonable. our server Mario was great and energetic! I really like the bar area, it was very busy and I'd love to go back for drinks.

Served a tasty seasoned bread. My wife and I both had a chicken dish, Involtini alla Angelotti which was very good. It is stuffed with prosciutto and cheese (did not notice much prosciutto)and a brandy sauce adds to the flavor of the dish. Service was good, but we thouht it took longer for the dish to be served than expected. It was worth the wait, but we had a second helping of bread and had completed our salad already. The benefit I guess would be we had left overs. The salad was just a regular salad and though very fresh, nothing special. Next time we will try one of their soups. Overall we were very happy and will return again. Pizzeria in the name may stop many from going to a great restaurant as pizzerias are not typically good places

We didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! We were warmly greeted and seated promptly even though the place was packed. The parpadelle tosca was excellent and one of the best carbonara's I've ever had. My brother could not stop raving about the risotto. We came from the city and it was worth the drive. We had a group of 6. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, our food came quickly, and the server was just great-attentive without being obnoxious. After we finished eating, we stayed at the table and talked. No one circled us or made any hints that we should get out (the restaurant was almost empty), the busboys quietly set up the available tables for the next day, and we felt just as welcome as we had at the beginning of the meal. Really enjoyed our evening and will go back.

Based on a recommendation, a group of four tried the restaurant on a Friday night. Although the dining room was fairly full, we were able to hear each other and enjoy our night out. Two started with a fresh, mixed salad and two enjoyed the minestrone sooup. The salads were crispy and dressing tasty but not overwhelming. The soup was hearty and very flavorful. Excellent! Our dinners were outstanding. The braciole was so tender you could cut it with your fork and the neck bone sauce really completed the braciole. The chilean sea bass with risotto was cooked to perfection and you tell very fresh. Overall, food quality was outstanding.
