Cuvee Bistro had a wonderful selection of culinary treats - something for everyone. The food was perfectly prepared and each item we tasted had a lot of flavor for the palate to enjoy. Service was excellent and very attentive. The wine list was vast and offerred us many excellent options to enjoy just a glass or a bottle. I recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to experience full flavor with their meals.

Good service most of the food was good. The restaurant was clean and very nice. Two people at our table ordered the chicken ceasar salad (which they had eaten there before at night) and the chicken was pulled dark meat and wasn't good at all. Prices were too high for what you got.

Overall good, would have been very good apart from our server. Could not multi-task at all. We constantly had to ask for what seemed obvious. This was especially obvious since the young lady serving the adjacent tables performed all the things we had to request without ever being asked. Also her knowledge of the specials and other daily items was noteworthy when compared to the young man waiting our table. While polite, waitering is not his line of work.

Overall a very good restaurant. The menu is identical to that of the Beachwalk Cafe in the Inn at Henderson Park. So, i guess when you can't get in Beachwalk, go to Cuvee!

We have enjoyed dining at Tim Creehan restaurants for a few years. Cuvee Bistro was a delightful experience. We tried one of the "chef specials" of the evening and found the lamb dish for two to be a memorable meal. It was flavorful and unique. The restaurant also offers specials in the bar that are less expensive and less complicated but it was full by the time we finished our meal and the bar crowd was energetic but not at all rowdy.

Great food, less expensive than comparable restaurants in the area. This restaurant is at the level of a top restaurant in a big city. The waiting staff are awesome, their southern hospitality complements the tasty food.

The restaurant had only been open for 8 weeks when we visited, but from the quality of the food and service, you couldn't tell a bit. Everything from the appetizer to dessert was delicious, the Smoked Salmon appetizer, Grouper Vince and Sea Bass entrees, and Banana Creme Pie and Key Lime desserts all come highly recommended. The Dragonberry Mojito and Coppertini are both off-menu drinks that will leave you wanting more.. ask about them if you're into that sort of thing

Chef Creehan continues his success in the wonderfully renovated Cuvee Bistro. We were warmly welcomed at the front door and taken to a great table in the middle of the spacious and comfortable dining room. Our server knew the menu, wine list, and specials and allowed us to pace our meal. He was attentive without hovering. We had Shrimp Spring Rolls, Wedge Salad, Scottish Salmon, Grouper Vince, and Valhrona chocolate crepes. The wine list is excellent and reasonable. Chef Creehan was in the kitchen and we truly can't remember ever being in any of his restaurants and not found him working in the kitchen. Chef Creehan and his team continue to be a not to miss treat for a night out on the Gulf Coast.

    OpenTable Diner Since 2005

This was by far the best dining experience we had in the Destin area during our four days there. Cuvee Beach could stand up to any midpriced dining expreience in Atlanta. The corn and crab bisque special blew me away. The Grouper Vince was quite good, and not as sweet as I expected fromt the waitress' description. My peppered tuna was cooked perfectly rare and quite spicy. Several in our party had the roasted chicken and said it was they best they ever had. I wish I had looked at the wine list but was having cocktails so I can't speak to the quality of the wine list. Service was top notch. We were in Destin for a conference, and I went back and told everyone I knew to dine here. I will return next time we are in Destin. Go. Now.

We absolutely loved this new restaurant in Destin, FL. Most restaurants in Destin don't feel like they have to achieve excellence because of their location. I could tell that this restaurant was different. Every aspect of this restaurant was excellent. I hope it does well, because we'll be visiting whenever we're in town! We tried the sea bass and the venison and both were excellent. For dessert, I had the key lime pie and my wife had the chocolate crepes. The sea bass was wonderful; the honey in the sauce mixed perfectly with the fish and the yukon gold mashed potatoes in a way that was surprising. The venison was great too and mixed perfectly with its sauce.

Perfect romantic date restaurant - only drawback was the depressing couple seated next to us who seemed to be unhappy about everything including each other! Arranged flowers that were on the table exactly as ordered - was seated exactly as requested - changed our reservation time without issue - owner came and introduced himself as we were leaving. The food was incredible, the wine was delicious, and I want more of the bread and romano cheese/oil/balsamic dip right now!

Recently re-opened under new ownership and management. Service was very professional and efficient. Menu is heavily seafood, which is to be expected in Destin. Wish there were a few more choices for the non seafood crowd, but the two items we did have were excellent. Very nice wine list, although a little pricey for some selections. Overall, a very enjoyable evening.

Same great food that we have always enjoyed from Chef Creehan. Although not as scenic as Beach Walk or Henderson Park Inn, Cuvee Bistro offers a warm and inviting decor and is certainly more spacious than Henderson Park Inn. Only downside was acoustics. Was hard to even hear the waiter at times. Owners are all extremely gracious and we enjoyed meeting and spending time with them. Looking forward to many more meals and family events at this location.
