Enjoyed Pesce very much--it was not our first time there and we always like to come back-the food is fresh and reflective of the season and the wine list is lovely. We came early and stayed late and there was no hint of any pressure to leave right after our dinners were cleared--so we had a wonderful evening chatting and eating.

A very pleasant dining experience as always. I had guests visiting for the weekend. One of them was from Washington DC. He was very impressed with the menu and wine list. This was the first time I have used Open Table to make reservations. I am pleased to say it worked very well. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will return.

  • Pesce Fresco used to be one
    OpenTable Diner Since 2005VIP

Pesce Fresco used to be one of my favorite restaurants. A group of us went for lunch and were so disappointed. We had to ask several times for simple things, such as bread with our salads, iced tea was refilled with soda, entrees were incorrect, etc. The service was marginal. The restaurant was almost empty (a first) and they acted like we were interrupting them from something else they needed to do. What happened to this wonderful place??

We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating my wife's birthday there last week. That patio was comfortable and the happy hour prices reasonable. And our dining experience couldn't have been better. We'll defintely go back. And we won't wait until her next birthday!

Wish we had something like this in Parker - we'd gone to hear Scott Nixon and his trio - fun atmosphere, we ate at the bar and faced out their wonderful, large open space to the patio. We had eaten there a number of times during the winter under the previous ownership --- looks like the new owners are right on track with the attention to the food and the customer. Mussels were wonderful !

Food was bland w/o much taste. Scallops had no taste at all and most of the food over priced for the quality received. The booth seating is very tight and requested to be moved to a table. The only saving grace was the waiter, he was very knoweledgable and pleasant.

Overall we had a good time at Pesce Fresco. I have to say the food was good but different. The soup was a watermelon gazpacho which was excellent. Several of us had the shrimp salad/pasta. The hot pasta and shrimp really wilted the lettuce. It was a little strange. the "dressing" was a balsamic vinergarette which was good but I should have asked Them to go light as I like a very light salad dressing. My friend has a sausage dish recommended by the server but the sausage was HOT (spicy) and was too spicy for her to eat. She should have been told it was Italian hot sausage as opposed to Italian sweet sausage. The canolli dessert was delightful!

Love this restaurant....have been there numerous times and am NEVER disappointed. This time we brought "foodies" from France who were visiting and THEY raved about it. Lovely atmosphere. So nice to go to a place that is NOT a chain and where all the people serving you seem to really care about YOU and about what they do and the quality that they provide.

My wife and I have been to Pesce Fresco several times. The food and wine have always been excellent but this time was different. A wine tasting was in progress when we arrived. We asked about it and found out that they have them periodically. We signed up for notification of future tastings. This also means that their wine list is one of the best for Italian wines in the Denver metro area. Whenever I think of making reservations at a restaurant I now use Open Table exclusively. I have never had a problem when the reservation is made through them. I have had success in other parts of the country too. I highly recommend Pesce Fresco and Open Table.

This was our first visit to Pesce Fresco but will NOT be our last. The food was superb, the wait staff extemely friendly and accomodating, the atmosphere made me feel as if I were dining in Italy, and the music completed the mood. Great wine list and excellent cocktails. Could not believe this little gem is hidden away in a strip mall.

It has been a while since we visited Pesce Fresco, and we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent. We started with the calamari which was cooked perfectly, and the accompanying basil and tomato sauces paired well. My wife had the shrimp and risotto, and the shrimp were excellent. I had the Scallops served over a risotto cake, and both were yummy. The service was excellent. There was a gentleman playing acoustic guitar and singing in the bar who was very good, and it carried into the restaurant at the perfect volume. You could have a conversation or enjoy the music. We will be back again.

Paul and his wife the new owners are doing s great job Nick the waiter is really taking charge and every time we go hrs better and better the bread should always be heated and refreshed without asking recommend that Paul slowly change the restaurnt to make it his. Not just a restaurant he took over from Joel don't completely change the menu most of the dishes are great just slowly add paul's own style although it's Pesce fresco more pasta dishes would be welcomed even if only occassionally also recommend add a few more appetizers. I love all of them now but my husband is not a foodie and likes more generic appetizers like dumplings/gyoza/ yakimandu (he's Chinese) maybe there is an Italian dumplings w/
