Though expensive, nothing compares to the high tea experience at the Palm Court. They are the standard for all others. You will not be disappointed. We have been many a time and the food, service, and attention to detail is top notch. Our server was lovely. We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation and they went out of their way to make her feel special. The room is to die for.

The service was abysmal. This is a nice atmosphere for afternoon tea but the waitstaff in the Palm Court had a “could care less” attitude which was surprising considering the price tag. My daughter’s nut free tea service made her throat itchy, resulting in me having to give her Benadryl. When I asked the server, he disregarded our concern. My stomach was queasy after the meal. Overall, this was a disappointing and I would go elsewhere.

The plaza is beautiful, the staff was nice but not informative. We ordered 2 different tea listings from the menu Eloises tea and the plaza . We were informed for splitting it would be $50 for the kids to split and $50 extra for the adults to split . . We charged $100 for splitting total assuming there would be more food . Then we were told you don’t get extra food with the splitting fee . (It’s basically an inconvenience charge for them to have extra people there ) . We would not go back for tea it’s better substance and quality in London for 10% of the price . When the food arrived there were no details no comments it was just placed down and they walked away , If you want to go to the hotel take picture or even enjoy lunch . it’s gorgeous and everyone is friendly . However We don’t recommend high tea .
