The service is excellent and the food is very good. Would like to see a daily specail that is not fish and also a few more appetizers that are not fish.

Our service was good. Our waitress was attentive and knew the menu. We found the food just so-so. Most of what we had almost tasted the same as the dish sitting next to it. We both had steaks, one with lobster and the other with scampi. The scampi was overpowered with lemon and tomatoes. For the $30 additional price add-on for the lobster it was a very small tail. The baked potatoes were overdone. They appeared to have been in a warmer for some time before being served. We had 7:00pm reservs. so we did not think it was right for that small side veggie to be so old. Desserts were, on the other hand, very tasty. The ambiance of the room is nice - you do not hear the casino or any other loud talking. The bar area is very nice.

I love this place This is my third time eating at the Bistro and everytime its just as good as the first If we lived in the Valley i would come at least twice a month if not more We were staying at the Aqua Caliente and purposely drove out to eat at the Bistro not to gamble. Keep up the good work - its fantastic and I love it

We felt that the service was great! Our waitress went above and beyond to make bleu cheese olives for my martini! The other martini's were not made very well. The entree's sounded delectable and then fell short of our expectations. We still had a pleasant evening at your casino but regretfully we will not be eating at the Bistro again.

    OpenTable Diner Since 2010

One of the best in the valley with a broad eclectic menu and outstanding service. Certainly the absolute best of the casino restaurants and I've been to them all. The service is beyond reproach and the presentation outstanding. A real find for the casual eater and the serious gourmet. The management of this restaurant deserves kudos’s for their consistently outstanding menu, service and attention to detail. I’ve never had anything that wasn’t perfectly prepared or impeccably served. The staff loves their work and their customers and it shows in their attention to detail and to the needs of their customers. Outstanding, and that’s from a very critical diner.

My wife and I are quite familiar with The Bistro, having dined there on many occasions. We live in Northern Ca.,and maintain a golf course home on Terra Lago Golf Community, where we entertain friends and family quite often. We enjoy the great stage presentations (concerts), such as k.d. Lang, Lyle Lovett, HEART, etc., as well as THE ROCK YARD. The food is quite exquisite, the staff extraordinarily pleasant and attentive, and we consider it our finest dining experience in the desert area, up to, and, including the Palm Springs area. I hope you plan on maintaining a fine presentation of food and entertainment. Sincerely, Tony & Roxanne Fernandes

  • The experience at The Bistro
    OpenTable Diner Since 2013
    Dined on 7/17/2010
The experience at The Bistro was very good. The wine on offer (by the glass) was average at best. The presentation and the food was OUTSTANDING. I was, however, a little disappointed that there were patrons (men) dressed in their Saturday-at-the-pool outfits! I am a man and The Bistro, based on its food and ambiance, etc., should require a dress code: and this is regardless of its location in a casino. Finally, my wife and I look forward to returning to The Bistro very soon. (Do not post my name in any publication or on the internet.

Ambience is nice, upscale. No hint of the casino one floor away. Tables are well spaced and well set. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Entries were excellent-- well prepared, nicely presented and flavorful. Appetizers and desert were OK but not up to par with the entries. Generous portions. In total a very pleasant dining experience.

I ordered the sushi platter- very disappointing. The rice was terrible. My husband's scallops were very good, though. Also, it was Valentine's Day and they were able to hold our table when were a bit late. That was very nice.

The oysters were rather small for the pricing, the porterhouse was thin and fatty and the risotto was not moist-rather dry and a bit old tasting. The service was very good and our server Adrian was friendly. We love the resort and had a great experience at Martin Lawrence.
