the food and the happy hour were great.......the service was TERRIBLE!!!!!! i had to get the manager involved which was quite irritating........after a long period of time not even getting served water or seeing a server.........the manager intervened i am a loyal and frequent customer of Ruth's Chris.......my dining experience on 7/16 was anxiety provoking and unacceptable!!!!!

Ruth’s Chris never disappoints. Their filet steaks are so tender and melt in your mouth like butter. The bread pudding dessert was to die for! The sides were mixed. Creamed spinach was phenomenal as usual yet the garlic mashed potatoes were a bit underwhelming. Would have expected a bit more creaminess. The service was great and the food delivery was superb. Food was delivered very timely and perfectly paced out from one course to the next.

Great deal for a 6 oz Filet Mignon with sides and starters and dessert too. Meat always tender and tasty. Service good. Staff always kind and courteous. Love this restaurant

Service at the bar for happy hour was spectacular and will suggest Lemon drop martini Dinner outstanding and the $55 filet and shrimp offering was spot on

Four of us went on a Tuesday night everything from service, appetizers, entrees and desserts all very good and hot not rushed at all and love the warm bread.

We live in Savannah and dine at RC Savannah often, so we decided to try RC Westchester while in NY. The service and food were what we expect from RC. Outstanding. We were much less impressed with the wine list and decor. The restaurant was relatively dark, and needs an update.
