over-rated and over priced. Service is mediocre at best, glorified Chili's waiters at best. Servers apparently have no sense of timing or the kitchen is in a rush to push people out the door, in either case totally unacceptable for what we paid. Not exactly what I would call a top tier steak house as it is several notches below Donovans or even Ruth's Chris.

The steaks were among the best we've ever had and the side dishes were very good as well. Although the ambiance was not as good as some of the other formal steak houses in the Phoenix area, the quality of the food make up for it.

Shula's Steakhouse service was top notch! The evening unfolded very slow and we were not rushed at any time. The menu was fully explained and the waitstaff kept the meal progressing. The barbecue shrimp were fantastic and a great choice for an appetizer. The Mahi Mahi and the New York strip were made to perfection. Kudos to the chef and his staff! We were very pleased with our experience and look forward to returning!

Wait staff very kind and attentive. Prices would put it in a category for special occasions versus frequent dining.

Excellent service, the filet mignon was prepared perfectly, and the crab cakes were the best we've had outside of Baltimore, MD. We will definitely return!

Every aspect of the dining experience was excellent and I certainly will go back again when staying at the hotel. I wish there was one in the Phoenix/Scottsdale location/

I found the food to be great, but the restaurant being next to a smoky casino with all the loud noises, it really lost its appeal while walking up to the establishment. Once you are inside it is just like the others and enjoyed it a ton.

Best steak you will ever have in your life! It is pricey but well worth it. The steaks are big enough to split. I think everyone should try this place atleast once!

  • While we have enjoyed Shulas's
    OpenTable Diner Since 2008

While we have enjoyed Shulas's Steak House for many years in Florida, this particular one does not meet it's usual standard. It may be a "Hot Spot" due to newness and being located in a casino, but apart from that it has not much going for it. With the exception of one female bus person, service was terrible. The noise level is not energetic, it is annoying. Being seated in a booth with a wait station behind did not help the comfort and does not speak well for designer or management. We had two great appetizers, one good steak, one steak was crizzly and a requested split salad had to be split by us. In all, ambiance and service are better in a New York Deli. As they are still new, we may try again when a little time has passed.

Seated 30 min late. Took over an hour to get our order. Waiter asked how we were doing and we replied "a little hungry" and he walked away. The assistant waiter though did an awesome job of checking on us and appologizing. Food was marginal. Vegtables where over cooked. Whole ordeal from reservation time to getting out of the restaurant was well over 2 hours. One of the managers did come by to appologize toward the end. That did help but seemed a little too little too late.

Like all Shula's Steakhouse, the new Chandler location offers great food and great service. I dinged the ambiance one star because the restaurant looks out over smoke-filled casino. And, like all Shula's, the dining experience is expensive, but worth it.

The dinner was worth noting and the martinis were the ebst I have had. We ended up being rushed and could not have dessert as we had a show to go to. The reservation before us wouldn't give up our table making us 35 minutes late...but it was worth it. Perhaps the wait staff could have explained to the diners that we were waiting
