   We told the server that we were going to a show at 7:30. But it didn't seem to matter. Others came in after us and they received their food before us. Waited another fifteen minutes to get our check, then another 10 while she cleared other tables.

   I made 6:15 reservation for dinner prior to a 7:30 performance right next door at the Byham Theater. We were seated promptly at 6:15, but had to wait 15 minutes for server to bring water. We notified server we had 7:30 theater tickets and ordered drinks and dinner (no appetizers) right away. Drinks did not arrive until 6:45, salads did not arrive until 6:50, and entrees did not arrive until 7:05, leading to a rushed dining experience. in addition, my dining companion was very disappointed in the chicken pancetta - the risotto was a mushy paste, the dish had too much tasteless sauce, and the chicken was soggy, and not crispy as expected. The wait for the check, and the wait for the payment to be processed resulted in our leaving the restaurant between 7:25 and 7:30. Even though the theater was next door, we barely arrived at our seats in time for curtain rise. I am severely disappointed that an hour was not sufficient for a leisurely dining experience. Our server was attentive and apologetic, and I place some of the responsibility for our disappointing experience on overbooking and on the kitchen staff.

   The waitress and all staff was fantastic! Food was great! Perfect place for a date or just some dinner!

   we have never had a bad meal at Braddock‘s. We love the food. There were six of us that dine before a play at the Benedum. Our only complaint ever is if you’re on a limited timeframe, you sometimes worry if you’re going to get out on time. Our waiter Skyler was attentive and excellent. But we could obviously see there was not enough service staff. But I guess that goes along with this day and age. It doesn’t keep us from going back. But if they opened for dinner service earlier than 5 o’clock, it would definitely ease our fears of being late for our play.

   Dead on a Friday night. Staff were dressed for a Denny's experience. Prices high for the quality delivered.

   Wonderful dinner out before the opera! Seafood special was delicious; service was extraordinary; excellent drink selection. I have been here several times and never disappointed.

    I visited this restaurant on a Friday night at 5:45 and it was such a great experience. It was not busy at all when we arrived, and the lighting was perfect; dim, soft lighting which was nice for my occasion. My date and I got the short rib pierogies and the pork belly quesadilla to start, they were both delicious!! The complimentary bread was also very nice. For our main, we split the raviolis with banana peppers and both really enjoyed them. The service was attentive and friendly and answered all of our questions. Overall, such a great experience and would go again.
