I took my mom here for her birthday brunch, and was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect having never been to Masa 14 before. Instantly the hostess was super accommodating, and very attentive. We got to our table and within 2 minutes our server greated us with a warm and genuine smile. From being a server myself I know that is hard to achieve when you are as busy as she was. She knew everything about the menu, suggested things I wouldn't dream of eating that were out of this world, and took the time to talk to my mom about her trip to Morocco (server was from there). I couldn't have been happier with this shot in the dark. Gay friendly, mother friendly, foodie friendly. I will for sure be coming back!!

I took a date to Masa 14 and it couldn't have worked out better. We went early to catch happy hour and stayed for dinner. I had made a special request via my reservation and the restaurant was very gracious in accommodating that request. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the ambience was just about perfect for a date. I would not hesitate to go back again.

The two of us split six dishes between us, and it was just right (although we probably could have done without the sixth dish, which was the ancho rubbed beef brisket). Everything was delicious. I loved the seared salmon roll (on the spicy side) and the lo mein; he loved the adobo pork. Our server, Kofi, was fabulous - we loved everything he suggested, and he was really friendly and warm. We thought the price was pretty reasonable for the amount of food we had. We went on a Sunday evening around 7:30, and there were plenty of tables - the place is huge. We definitely recommend this place.

We went with a large group for their bottomless brunch. It was great, however our server took the liberty to order for us instead of us choosing what dishes we wanted to sample. This was largely inconvenient because we had someone in the group with a food allergy. Overall, a good experience. I just wish we could have chosen the dishes we wanted to try versus them being chosen for us.

Met friends for drinks and dinner - between us we tried 6 different cocktails, and none of them were great. 2 of them we didn't even drink. The menu was interesting, and the food was perfectly fine - just nothing crazy. I had been hearing about this place for a long time, and unfortunately it just didnt live up to the hype. BUT, the location is great and if it's a nice day, the patio is awesome - I'd just suggest ordering a bottle of wine or a standard beer - nothing to write home about from their cocktails.

Food was ok...a bit on the salty side. The cod and the beet salad were my favs. Cauliflower was over sauced and salty but the waiter asked the chef to make a new one and it tasted better. Brussel sprouts were over charred on the outside. Would like to see more selection on the menu. I ordered 4 dishes for myself and was not full. Wait staff we're nice and accommodating. Food came out pretty fast. Trendy ambience. Good for small groups, 6 and under.

Based on my three visits here thus far, I'm so impressed with all their staff, and our server Gabby was no exception! Favorite dish is the wok-fried calamari...lightly breaded and wok-fried, then tossed in a sweet and spicy sauce and topped with scallions. Cauliflower is also one of my favs. Tahi pumpkin soup is amazing, as well as the black cod and shrimp and crab lumpia. Seaweed-jicama salad is also quite tasty. Chef Felipe is amazing. He not only gives great recommendations on dishes, but checks in to ask for feedback on the dishes. Really enhances the whole food experience! Only been here for dinner so far, but I've heard their brunch is great. Will be doing brunch here soon...

The roasted cauliflower was too salty for me, but the calamari, glazed salmon, and yucca fries were brilliant. My server was a high energy pill and very accommodating, but she disappeared toward the end of my meal. (I had to have the hostess find her so I could pay.) The lounge-y music gave the place a nice ambiance.

We went here excited for brunch and were disappointed almost immediately after we arrived. First this place does not serve pancakes or Wales, both staples of brunch. In addition almost two_thirds of everything in the brunch list is omelets but we were told the chef was not cooking omelets? The only good thing about this place was the bottomless mimosas. Ayer being told basically there was no food, I definitely got my money's worth of mimosas. Oh and the nice ambiance as well.

Now I can't complain about my unlimited supply of lycée bellinis (they were fantastic) and the upbeat and energetic service we received but I will say this is not your traditional Sunday brunch. Don't come hungry and certainly don't bring your 6'5" boyfriend who you'd like to supply with needed energy. Small plates of a non traditional breakfast situation definitely put me in the mind of traveling and eating in Europe. Mostly Spain. We tried everything on the menu and although the plates were small I can't say one dish stood out to me as completely delicious. I loved the arugula but I can't remember falling for anything else. I was going to give a three but I think the food deserves 2.5.

Met friends there for happy hour so we stuck to the happy hour menu. Drinks and tapas were good, especially the shrimp rolls and the fried okra. Wait staff was hit-and-miss. A couple were very good, including the bartender who also waited on tables but the first server and food runners were slow, inattentive, and dismissive. They are introducing more sushi. It still needs some work. The two rolls we tried - seared tuna and a spicy one - were bland. Decent place for happy hour as long as you get the right waiter or waitress.

Took my brother, who was visiting, here for the bottomless brunch. Food was excellent, great variety. The food came out quickly but some dishes could have been a little bit warmer. Some of the egg dishes were just barely warm which was fine, it would have been excellent if they were warmer. Only complaint is that our server made it difficult to switch between cocktails. They have several brunch cocktails that we wanted to try but my table pretty much stuck with just one variety because it was difficult to ask to switch it up.
