Chimas steakhouse will always be a favorite place for me to take my family and loved ones , the ambiance the vibe is always amazing. I reserved for my fiancé birthday and it was the most special experience for her. Angel our server was incredible polite respectful attentive to detail and which cuts of meat we preferred even how we liked the meat cooked. The food was delicious fresh and high quality.. I love this restaurant and their staff is always top tier and amazing .

This China’s visit was outstanding. We selected a one meat option this time (which we probably wouldn’t do again). Our gaucho was fabulous. Always there and perfectly seasoned. One of my favorite places for a special occasion.

Chima has become my new favorite restaurant and it surely does not disappoints! Every time I go, the experience is incredible, from the atmosphere to the amazing food. The meats are always delicious, perfectly seasoned, and cooked just right. If you're a meat lover, this is the place to be. A special shoutout to Vinny, who was an outstanding server. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His service truly added to the great experience. Highly recommend Chima for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. I’ll definitely be back again soon!

Having dined at Chima in Tysons Corner, I was genuinely shocked by how poor the Las Olas location was by comparison. While Tysons offers a refined, flavorful, and consistently satisfying experience, Las Olas felt like a completely different and far lesser restaurant. The food was bland and uninspired, lacking the bold, savory depth one expects from a Brazilian steakhouse. The space itself was musty and uncomfortably humid, making the meal feel like a chore rather than a treat. If you’ve ever been to the Tysons location, do yourself a favor and skip Las Olas it doesn’t even come close.

It has been some time since I dined at Chima. Prior experiences were top notch, but I can't say the same for this past one. The overall quality of the food was average at best. The hostesses, managers, and our server Jose were all very pleasant and Jose was very attentive. The carvers were so-so, kind of nonchalant and not very engaging (one or two were but most were there doing their job and nothing more). The salad bar was of better than average quality, but the meats were a different story. I go to a rodizio style restaurant specifically for the meats and this experience was disappointing. Several items did not come around to our table or our area of the dining room (I did see them in other areas though). Additionally, the meats (Except the beef ribs, which were excellent) were not of a high quality. I hope this is not a change (for the worse) by Chima.

Been there many times. This last visit was possibly the best. Everything was extremely fresh and delicious. The meats were excellent, the service was great. Very attentive and came around with everything. Very happy.... Only complaint is they always try to seat us in a terrible spot, and I always have to "fight" for a nicer table.
