As always, WCG did not disappoint this time around! It's my "Go To" spot for lunch with friends or family. I have appreciated how the kitchen is a "made-to-order' culinary life-saver! When my order is a little off the menu, I always receive an excellent & tasty meal that has lovely presentation & that supports my diet. It's hard to impress my parents who are foodies from out-of-town. I took them here for lunch & they enjoyed it so much that, later in their stay, they went back with friends! Most times, the servers are very friendly and approach with a smile, ready to accommodate (this last visit surprised me, however. I think our server was having an off day). Keep up the great work. Thanks for your creativity, style, and atmosphere!

I have eaten at the chocolate grill many times. When ever family or friends visit from out of town, I always book a table a TWC for us. Food is consistently delicious, service has always been impeccable and their specialty martinis selection is fantastic. Great place to take a date (ask for a booth) or hang out with friends at the bar area.

Came here for a nicer-than-normal dinner date and had a great overall experience. Our server was exceptional both in terms of attentiveness and personality (we like fun, spunky servers who act like genuine people). I had a center cut steak, she had grilled salmon and both were fantastic. The mashed potatoes were amazing and the cous cous was an interesting and tasty experience, as well. Can't say I'm a fan of the Mardi Gras rice, though. Our wine was also a little dull, but that's on me for choosing poorly. I very much like the atmosphere and comfort of the tables. All said, a solid choice if you're looking for great service, good food and a comfortable table, all without breaking the bank.

We don't live in the area and every time we are there, we choose WCG. We've never had a bad server; their martini/specialty drinks are great as is wine list; LOVE their salads and we keep planning to try another dessert but once you've had the banana cream pie, it's really hard to get anything else. We definitely recommend this to anyone who is fortunate to have one in their town. We've never been at the right time for Happy Hour but we always keep it in mind because it's a generous amount of time, daily, and the list of food options is really great.

This place was very nice, good food and great ambience. For the amount of food, a little pricy. My husbands steak was cooked really well, and was tasty, but it was TINY! But his potatoes completely missed the mark, which was disappointing since mashed potatoes are a fairly easy way to make a meal fantastic. I had the Spinach and Kale salad which was phenomenal. The Asian champagne vinaigrette was superb. I honestly haven't had a salad that good in a really long time, so I was very satisfied. Overall, it was a nice night out with good food, but I think we would do lunch there next time and save some money.

We had never been to the White Chocolate Grill but had heard good things. I had a simple salad that was topped by perfectly cooked grilled salmon. The salad dressing was light and yummy. My friend had the best Jambalaya either of us has ever tasted. And, we shared a warm chocolate lava cake for dessert. The portions were ample enough to provide a third meal which I enjoyed that evening. The service was perfect--attentive, but not overbearing. This is truly a new favorite restaurant, and even though it's 30 minutes from where I live, I'll be back often.

This was our first visit, and it was a wonderful surprise! The menu was very diverse, yet not huge. My son loved the the baby back ribs, perfect balance of tender and crispy. My husband loved his New York Strip, and I tried the Turkey French Dip. Tons of flavor, quick service, and unbelievable dessert.

We really enjoyed our dinned at White Chocolate Grill. Both of our meals were quite good, and the service was exceptional. The wait staff was very engaging, and friendly. My only minor complaint is the the room is a bit noisy. Not everyone may feel that way and it certainly would not keep me from recommending the restaurant to others.

The ambience and the food is excellent. However, at night, the wait time is outrageous (even if you have a reservation). With no reservation, you will wait a minimum of an hour. With a reservation, we still had to wait over 30 minutes. It is very frustrating for a person who is trying to plan and execute a smooth date and then have to wait for over 30 minutes. I actually think that is unacceptable. The better option would be to not even allow customers to make reservations. I am pretty sure that I saw non-reservation parties being seated before us even though they came in after us. I will NOT be using this restaurant for night dates anymore. I will only come during non-busy hours. Once seated, the service is excellent.

I really wanted to like White Chocolate Grill. The atmosphere was nice, as was our server, but the food was just disappointing. I ordered the ono special - my favorite fish. Ono is mild, but has a good flavor on its own. The seasoning would have been good on a "lesser" fish, but unfortunately it completely overpowered the ono so that I could hardly taste the fish itself. I think the filet had been frozen and not completely thawed before being cooked since half of it was tough and overdone. My broccoli was lukewarm at best. My husband ordered the parmesan crusted filet. It looked perfectly cooked for me - beautifully rare. Unfortunately for him, he had ordered it medium. It was our first time trying WCG and we won't be returning.

WCG is one of our favorite restaurants-the one we go to most often. Normally the food is excellent. We order steaks and the salmon most often, although the stacked enchiladas are excellent! This time, and about 3 weeks ago, my husband and I ordered salmon. 3 weeks ago, one of their specials was a blackened fish. My husband, who does not care for blackened anything, received his salmon, which must have been placed on the grill close to where they grilled the blackened fish. He couldn't eat it. He should have let the waiter know, but because the food is always great, he thought it was just a one time slip. Sunday we both ordered salmon. This time his was totally overcooked and could not eat it. We are wondering if there are new staff?

WCG has always been a favorite. Saturday night they were way off! The food was mediocre and the service polite but poorly timed. Our salads came out with our app, and our dinners about 3 minutes after! We felt rushed and disappointed. Server never came by to ask about food, but noticed us the minute we finished. Both our dinners were cold by the time we were ready to enjoy them. My next $100 dinner will be elsewhere.

The food, everything from salad to entrees and naturally the white chocolate brownie for dessert was outstanding. The kitchen worked well. Unfortunately service was more than rushed. Unknown when I made an 8:45P reservation, they would be closing at 10P. Apparently that is when they want to leave too as no sooner did we get our salads then the entrees arrived two minutes later. Worse was with the entree came our bill. The server checked on how we liked our food before we even had a bite (obvious). While we did order a dessert to share, we had to give back the bill and get it recalculated. If you want to leave soon after closing, don't take reservations for dinner under 2 hours from that time then. The food will bring me back however.

The food was terrific, the service was good (not great), but the seating leaves something to be desired. 2 out of our party of 4 were on the bar height stools with backs, and were uncomfortable the entire meal. I've also been seated in the regular booths, and the seats are way too low. You'd think a place that is semi-high end could get the seating correct.

We've eaten here a few times, but we don't remember it being so noisy. Not exactly a relaxing atmosphere. However, the food is very good. The Gin Tomato Soup is a great starter. The Baby Back Ribs are very good. And the award winning Citrus Glazed Salmon is fantastic. We also find the menu to be a bit too varied - everything from burgers to somewhat pricey steaks. I guess they want to try to please everybody.

We have been to the white chocolate near Chicago and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, except for the name on the building and the cool bar design, the experience in this franchise location was quite the opposite. The waiter was smug, rude and condescending; rarely came to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. My ribeye tasted like it had been soaking in the great salt lake for a week. And while my wife's trout was ok, her side of broccoli was steamed to within an inch of its life. She could turn it into purée with a press of her fork. We will be thinking twice before visiting other white chocolate locations. Thier prices are too high to have to endure that many issues, even once.

Great place for my brother and I to take our 87 year old dad, who is hard of hearing, yet likes to go out. He enjoyed excellent food and ambience. Was wearing new hearing aids and could actually enjoy the conversation. Very striking modern decor. Excellent food. French Dip was awesome as was Ahi Salad. Dad liked the Shrimp Cocktail. The food was reasonably priced and a very nice dining experience. Our server Amanda was superb. She was always back with beverage refills before we even knew they were empty. Chocolate soufflé was scrumptious! .
