We come here every few months or so (lunch or dinner). Service and food is amazing every single visit. Most recent visit was last night for dinner with our 2 yo daughter. They sat us right away and we were able to order her dinner from kid's menu immediately (we were pushing dinner time and she was pretty hungry). Food came out pretty quick (we also ordered artichokes - BEST artichokes ever, my husband is obsessed). I ordered the famous chicken salad (delicious) and my husband had the French dip. Our server was so friendly and didn't mind at all that we were rushing with our order. Looking forward to the next visit :)

The prime rib was excellent, salads are always very good. Only criticism is we were forced to wait 30 minutes from our reservation time as they sat everyone in the order they showed up to the front check-in, asked the hostess but she didn't seem to care much as they were very busy and told walk ins it was an hour wait. the food was good enough to offset the wait. Reservation times mean little!

My wife and I went out for my birthday. The total experience was very good. We had a great meal as well as a wonderful dessert. The only complaint/sugestion would be to the restaurant. If you are going to call yourself the White Chocolate Grill, you would think that you would have more items on the menu that were infused with white chocolate or desserts that were totally white chocolate. As a white chocolate lover, it was rather disappointing on the selection of white chocolate available on the menu.

We've eaten here a few times for special occasions and usually order the more pricey items. This time we ordered less expensive entrees and were really impressed. I had the Filet Steak Sandwich which was fantastic. It was a good sized portion and had terrific flavor. My husband had the Glazed Pork Tenderloin which he also really enjoyed. The third person in our party has to eat Gluten Free, and they offer a nice selection of GF items. The best part for her was the Silky Chocolate Soufflé Cake which was also Gluten Free. For all of ours entrees, we could pick from seven side items. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will come back more often instead of waiting just for special occasions.

I thought the restaurant was a little too dark and noisy. Food was ok i suppose for the price it may have been a decent "value" just not too special. My crab cakes were luke warm, waiter never came back to check - green bean side was pretty good. My daughters filet was tiny but again for the price..... dessert was really too dense too sweet and I thought icky

The last several times I have been in the restaurant, the staff is in such a rush to get us out there. Clearly they are trained to do this. Will never recommend this spot for a nice dinner out with friends as you feel so pressured to leave!! Bummer!

I went here for my birthday and just wanted a great steak and that's what I got. I went with a small group and everyone was pleased with their food ie. the salmon, jambalaya, and trout and all was well prepared. I will be back to try some of the other items on the menu. Oh and dessert WAS soo GOOD! The bread pudding with the white chocolate on top of the moist croissant bread was beyond amazing!

The food and service were good however it was difficult to conduct business over lunch due to the number of children seated around our group. I love children and understand their big outing after their visit to the American Girl store. We ended up conducting our business meeting outside of the restaurant which was fine. This distraction would not keep me from visiting again however I would definitely ask for a more conducive location for the occasion.

I try not to frequent chain restaurants, but I make a huge exception for White Chocolate. I guess it's a small chain since I think there's only 4 or 5 in all of the US. I've been several times, and the food is always good, prepared well, and served by knowledgeable servers. They do make several things from scratch, which is a plus. It is busy on Fridays and Saturdays, so make reservations. The hostesses are always polite. The venue is very clean, and the up-to-the-ceiling bar is awesome.

This was our second trip to White Chocolate Grill. On both occasions, the food was very good and the service was attentive. The Grill has a wide range of entrees so it is good for a group that wants a wide range of choices. We had a reservation and were seated right on time and the service was quick and professional. This is a good choice for a night out where you want a predictably good meal.

Me and my family came across this place one night when we decided to go out for dirty martinis! The martinis and dessert we had were like the best we ever had, so me and my boyfriend decided to come back for our 6 month anniversary the following weekend because we noticed they had a date night menu for only $60.00. I ordered a bottle of wine since the wine I loved wasn't served by the glass. The food was amazing, and my server never let my glass get empty, which I call "spot on" service!! Cannot wait to go back!! Wonderful spot for our romantic anniversary :)

Nothing stood out on our most recent visit to WCG except the prices, which, for the experience, were way too high. $75 for lunch for 4 no beverages, appetizers or dessert. The food was okay (we ordered two fried chicken salads, one pork barbecue sandwich, and one special - the ground tuna burger), the service was okay, the atmosphere was okay. I can't really complain except that I don't think we'll go back. Paying $75 for a so-so experience is not something worth repeating as far as I am concerned.

We really enjoy the food here, however, if you do not order alcoholic beverages I think you get pretty lousy service. We aren't big drinkers, so no alcohol was ordered and our server was pretty much MIA the whole dinner. He came to take our order and to ask us if we wanted desert and left our check. Never asked us if the food was good or if we needed anything. On a side, it's very noisy here, so if you are going on a date, this is perfect for you if you aren't interested in chatting with your date because it's rather difficult to hear anything in this place.

My wife and I stopped in for Saturday lunch to enjoy the weather and patio. Our server was extraordinarily cold, borderline rude, and if we were not enjoying the weather and relaxing, would have ruined the meal. She also came back to the table a grand total of 2 times after the first "can I take your drink order?" visit. The food saved the meal. We split the cajun chicken sandwich and the southwestern chicken salad. Both were exactly what we were hoping for. I think this place is slightly overpriced but it helps that the food is above-average for the area. I'm pretty sure we caught our server on an off day because this place tends to weed out bad servers.
