We were helped with our food choices and size of potions. The food was excellent quality through all three courses. The wine as always is very good quality. The food between courses was not rushed. The service throughout was friendly and very helpful. Wonderful evening.

My only concern was that our chocolate fondue was freezing! I asked the waiter if it was supposed to be cold and he said yes? Really? We also had to wait a very very long time for our food. Otherwise it was a great meal but not cheap. I would go back again.

My table of three were delighted with our service throughout the meal. When choosing the wine we were all given a tast of two different wines before we selected the perfect bottle. The food was wonderful it was hot and freshly cooked and full of flavour. Well done.

We do not like booths. We were initially seated in one. I requested to have a table. Since the restaurant was almost filled, it seemed like we had to stay where we were. The maitre d' came by shortly afterward and told us he was able to adjust his resrvations and moved us to a table. This was a great start to an enjoyable night. The food was excellent!! They offer half portions of many dishes at reduced prices. The half portion of veal parm was just enough when sharing an app and salad. By the way, as an app, the clams in red sauce was fantastic. We are taking our friends there on Saturday

We stayed at the Reunion Resort for our week vacation to Disney in Feb. 2012. We were a party of 8 and saved the Forte for the last night. The atmosphere is beautiful. The food at the Forte is fabulous. Our only criticism was our slow service. My mother in laws wine came out after she was finished with her meal. And we waited a solid 15 minutes before our waitress came back to take our dessert order. The dessert was amazing, but unfortunately our coffee was also served after we were finished. Then after sitting for another 15 minutes we had to track down our waitress in order to pay the bill. It was not very crowded where this type of problem would be expected. Overall we would go back again. Excellent food, friendly service.

Overall Forte was good, but definitely overpriced. Add on resort charge and Florida tax, and the bill boarded on unbelieveable. We actually needed to check the math to make sure there wasn't a mistake. We are fortunate to eat out often and have found other similar style restaurants that are much better.

A nice place in the Wyndam resort. It was pretty slow when we were there, so we got great service. The Calamari was amazing. We also tried the Onion soup, which was way to salty. We also shared the Braised pork which was also too salty. They were kind enough to take off the soup. Wine selection was very good, but the bottle prices were on on the high end. It is a bit far away if you are not staying around there. Overall good service.

When having dinner at a place where they charge me $50 for a steak I expect the best service around. This is not really what you get here. The staff is very friendly but their knowledge of english is sometimes poor which results in mistakes taking orders. So my $50 steak which needed to be medium well (a point) was still blue. I did get another steak but by the time I got that one my company had finished dinner and my sidedishes were cold. But the steak was very nice. So overall good food but poor service resulting in a bad experience on my behalf. Oh right, we did get a complimentary bottle of wine for the mistake.

Over the past few years we have sampled a large number of the area's fine dining establishments. Ironically, Forte is the closest to our home and it is most definitely right up there with the best. Nice ambience, superb staff and service and the food is hard to beat. The crab bisque is as good a soup as I have ever had in 30 years eating in some of the finest restaurants around the world and the filet mignon - well, those fine steak houses can eat their hearts out, because this was as good as it gets!! No room to sample the desserts unfortunately, but maybe next time. Great wine list too. Not cheap, but ultimately worth every cent. Highly recommended.

Once we were seated at our table, the experience definitely improved. We had a problem with the podium in that some "important" guy decided he could cut in front of us. Annoying. Our waiter, David, was busy but attentive to our needs. It was the first time we visited and will definitely visit again. The food was excellent, the portions adequate, and the steak was cooked perfect. I didn't care for the Caprese, as the tomatoes were a bit soggy. But the Capellini, the Petite Filet, the sauteed mushrooms and the Molten Lava Cake were great hits.

Overall good experience. This is a restaurant in a resort and feels like a resort restaurant. Families with young children there. Went on a slow night. Service was great and staff was attentive. Note: they add a 20% gratuity automatically to the bill. Service was worth it. Deserts were very large. Other course portions were just the right size, not overpoweringly large and not tiny. Crab cake appetizer was outstanding. Sea scallops appetizer was a bit over salty. Wine list was very good. Expect to pay 2 to 2.5 times full retail price for a bottle of wine. Web site is a little outdated. They have been out of Screaming eagle wine for over a year even though the site claims they serve it. No menu on web site either.
