We went here to experience Miami Spice....I was pleasantly surprised with the vegetarian menu, it was quite delicious. I would definitely return to try some of their other options. The drinks are also pretty amazing. I would recommend this to all my friends.

Went during Miami Spice - Menu was a great representation of the full menu. Service (Kim) was wonderful and the food was divine. Best duck I have ever eaten. Ordered the salt and pepper squid of the regular menu and it was equally wonderful. We returned the next day for dim sum and while the Spice Menu was heavy on the dumplings, the entire meal was very good.

Although the dishes were well executed I don't think that they lived up to the hype and perfection I was hoping for. I portions were small for "family style" sharing. That having been said my daughter loved the braised tofu and my son was super happy about the chicken satay. Overall I am saying very good and I think I will need to go back and try a broader variety of items.

Food was not for me. It was not bad, however I didn't ever have a moment I said yum or delicious. I never felt like I just had to come back for more or was experiencing something outrageously good. At least one time it is worth going. Service was nice as well. The restaurant is lovely. I just think for me I had no food wow factor and did not really enjoy the food.

We planned a family dinner at Hakkasan in Fountainbleau hotel expecting exceptional food and service like we had in San Francisco and were very disappointed. I had the Crispy Duck Salad and it tasted like some kind of cleaning agent - I was not able to eat it. Two of us ordered the Truffle Crispy Duck as an entree and it too was not as Crispy as it should have been. The vegetables were good and the Dim Sum appetizer was also good. One of our family member did get served her fish with the other entrees as they forgot to order it. She had to eat by herself as her fish took long to cook and once it came out it was tasteless, she said. We decided to skip the dessert. Total was over $450 for five not so great meals...

Booked Hakkasan for our honeymoon dinner. From entering the venue to leaving I was 100% impressed with the service and quality of both the staff and the food. This is a place where you go when you really want to go all out and try a new food experience or want to go back to get MORE! Have been to other international Hakkasan's but the Miami branch really went the extra mile. I cannot thank those who made our evening special enough.

Upon entry you will be seated by a smilling hostess. The server is super attentive. We came for the Miami Spice Dinner….but the server did not offer it to us….We had to ask for it…which they then gave us. We had been to Hakkasan the last 2 years since we moved here and we enjoyed this meal immensely.

Visited Hakkasan for Miami Spice lunch. Service was "rapid fire" and felt a bit hurried. First course came out barely above room temperature, remainder of courses were served hot. Otherwise, taste of food was excellent. Atmosphere is energetic. Very popular restaurant for good reason; Miami Spice is a special value.

We did the Miami spice lunch. The food was amazing. My fiance hates anything related to Chinese food, but the food had so much flavor without being greasy or heavy. The only thing better was the cocktails. Yes, they are expensive, but the flavor combinations were amazing. Best cocktails we'd ever had.

My husband and I were staying at the Fontainebleau for a conference and decided to try Hakkasan. We read great reviews on OpenTable and TripAdvisor and were excited to try it. One thing to note this restaurant is located in a hotel and gratuity is included. Our waiter did absolutely nothing to take care of us. We had to waive him down on multiple occasions to order our wine, our meal and even to get a side that we were told was "on its way" and then forgotten about. When our appetizer was brought out, we were given no warning that the dish was scolding hot. I took one bite and burnt the entire inside of my mouth from the oil. Little regard from our waiter. Our main entrees were also mediocre at best. Overall just a big let down.

I went for Miami Spice. A small plate of salad was offered to be shared between 3 people. 2 pieces of appetizers each. Main dinning to be shared 3: 2deep fried ball fish, 3 fried race with very tinny pieces of chicken and rolled on a banana leaf. Probably 8 small bites of steak, a small plate of lettuce and some crepes do roll the items

We went for Miami Spice. The Spice menu is not offered, you must ask for it. Then after you order they bring a nice salad to share, followed in about 3 minutes by 2 shrimp and 2 dumplings to share. Then they bring out beef with pancakes, lettuce, and a small piece of fish to share. This was all done so fast, we were only seated for 35 minutes. Then they start clearing plates as soon as they are empty. The food was okay, but we would not come back or recommend this for Miami Spice.

We made reservations for 1:30 and were seated 15 minutes late. The server was very friendly and helpful when ordering. My mom and sister got the Miami Spice Lunch special and my father and I ordered off the menu. The Miami Spice menu dishes were pretty good with the chicken and dessert being the highlight. Everything else was just okay, but I must admit the dishes were very light and do not have that uncomfortable feeling after eating normal Chinese food. The presentations of the dishes were beautiful, but some were lacking in complexity and savoriness. In addition, it took a very long time for the entrees to come, and we had to ask the waiter twice about them. He was very kind and gave us two free desserts. Would recommend!

As seasoned world travelers, we went to Hakkasan in Miami Beach for a special occasion. The wait staff, reception staff, and the manager conveyed a vibe that was more focused on "the brand" than on ensuring that their customers felt valued and important. I would not go back. There are too many other exceptional restaurants in this town where the customer is the most important element of the restaurant.

Their Miami spice menu was literally various appetizers to be shared among everyone at the table. Then we were told that we had to leave because there was a fire in the kitchen. So we took the stairs and ended up by the pool area. All the employees in pool area were very rude. However, I must say that the service inside the Hakkasan was great.
