My boyfriend and I dined at Edge for Valentine's weekend and enjoyed it. The food was delicious, I had the potato and leek tart and the brie stuffed chicken and my boyfriend had the spicy tuna tartar and the filet mignon. Everything was excellent. However, the service wasn't great for this type of a restaurant. I would expect top-notch service for the price and decor of Edge. The hostess was unprofessional and forgot about us even though we had a reservation. Luckily we heard her walking around "looking for a party of 2" which was supposed to be us so we were seated thereafter. Our waiter was nice but at the end of the meal he took far too long to ask us for our dessert choices (we weren't having any) and then to give us our check.

Edge was hopping last Saturday night! Great atmosphere and people watching! However, we were slightly disappointed with our service. We asked the server to split a salad we were sharing, but they wouldn't do it. This is not what I would expect from a fine dining experience. Otherwise, the food was uniformly delicious!

For this market, the wine list is insultingly over-priced to include some $40+ cheap California wines that are on sale in numerous grocery stores for four or more times less. When the owners wise-up, I will be back. Besides that, the food is really good. I would rather avoid having to take out a second mortgage to pay for it.

Yet another great meal. Tuna tartare was fantastic and had this little crispy pita style chips that were Perfect for piling on the tuna. I also ordered the triple truffle house burger and it was excellent, probably the best burger in the valley. The chef added a new pasta appetizer based on short ribs and it to was delicious.

We dined later on a Monday night, a very cold winter night, so the restaurant was not very full. Therefore, it was quiet, But there was no way to tell if it is always that quiet. I enjoyed the chicken breast with brie, and while my husband did enjoy the chicken with curry, he said it was different and would probably not order it again. The staff was courteous and attentive and very friendly. Since we were there to celebrate my birthday, they surprised me with a delicious lava cake with ice cream on a beautifully decorated plate. Although this restaurant is less than 2 miles from my home, I had never gone there because I assumed it was too expensive. Our meal including drinks , appetizer and dessert came to $100, which we felt was reasonable

This was our second time dining at Edge. The first was exceptional and now I realize that it was because the management was there (Jesse?). We were so impressed with our first experience that we made a second reservation and brought friends with us for a special occasion. What a difference. It was like a totally different restaurant. While our server was great, her back-up was terrible. The drinks took forever to appear (like 20 minutes!) and they were subpar, the guy bringing the bread totally forgot about us and only brought the dipping oil, we ordered a WAY overpriced bottle of wine and that took another 20 minutes to finally arrive, the list goes on.

Nice atmosphere, good food. We started off with the calamari, which were terrific, nice dressing a little salty but terrific. I then had the sea scallops which perfectly cooked, the broth had a little bit of spice to it and just melted in your mouth. My wife had the 4oz Filet, while a very small portion for a filet, was cooked perfectly and worked out perfect. Dessert was the baked to order chocolate cake which was good, but a little overcookedburnt on the edges, not enough to complain. I had the chipwich, if you like sweet was great (oatmeal butterscotch cookies with brown sugar ice cream in the middle). Only complaint was that it was tough to eat with a fork/spoon.

We usually love eating here, however this time our food was not good. The filet mignon was overcooked. Also, the chicken with Brie was a tiny portion. My spouse was still hungry after we left. the seating is too close to other people, we could hear our neighbors conversation. Not really romantic.

Hosted a business dinner at Edge, my first time at the restaurant. Given the success of that dinner, I can recommend Edge to anyone with similar needs. The bar is comfortable, with premium pours. The service is very good, without being overbearing. The menu is compact, but the choices are solid. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal. The ahi tuna was wonderful, sushi grade and prepared well. The foie gras was a reasonably-sized piece, seared hard, served on a fruit bread that complemented the foie gras' succulence. The tarragon gnocchi were imaginatively prepared. The entrees were good, with everything cooked as ordered. However, the bar had been set pretty high with the appetizers.

Edge has a sophisticated interior, and menu to match. We sat in a comfortably, plush booth. The fried calamari appetizer was crisp, yet tender. The accompanying sauce made the dish, and it disappeared fast. The salmon entree with leeks and smashed potatoes was good without being great. The pork loin was more interesting, and perfectly cooked. Crab cakes were good, but did not like they were all "lump crab meat." Nice selection of beer on tap, including from microbreweries. The service was a bit indifferent.

We really liked the restaurant. We went for our anniversary. We sat at a romantic table in a somewhat secluded alcove. The food was nicely presented and was delicious. My husband had the option to order flowers online which were at the table when we arrived. The flowers were a romantic touch. We ordered creme brûlée for dessert and was pleasantly surprised to have the words "Happy Anniversary written in chocolate around the edge of the plate. What a special evening!

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner! My husbands strip steak was perfectly done; my scallops, the special of the evening, were wonderful. They were cooked through but not overdone and the grilled baby asparagus over mushroom risotto was just the right accompaniment. Our salads with goat cheese were just-out-of-the-garden fresh and well dressed. My dessert - a heath bar tasting caramel and chocolate confection was delicious; rich without being cloying. The service was excellent; attentive without hovering. We'll be back!

I took my business partners from out of town here along with my girlfriend; it was just a random choice from opentable's list, I had no recommendation nor had ever heard of the place. I'm new to the area. Edge was a beautiful place with solid service and insanely good food. We had the duck, Mediterranean chicken, truffled burger and a tilefish special and would recommend them all, not to mention a very well executed fois gras. Also well executed is the style and ambiance. If you are dining in Bethlehem, give Edge a chance, they will not disappoint.
