We have been to this Restaurant several times and it seems as though we have less and less impressed each time we go. This time we were very underwhelmed with everything. Service was satifactory, food was just ok not outstanding like when we first went there over a year ago. I do not think we will be back. Too bad for a once outstanding place.

The food was superb and prepared exactly as we asked. I ordered a small birthday cake, and that was forgotten. However, I mentioned it to the waiter, and they had a wonderful small chocolate cake with a candle on it in no time. We were happy with everything.

Lovely setting. Different menu than I recall but very nice. Have enjoyed lunch there on various occasions but not for several years. Nice decor in the dining room, and the patio is charming. I hope to return again in the near future and would like to experience the Thursday evening tapas and guitar music.

people with phones should go outside of restaurant to talk, we told waiter that the person was to loud on phone to enjoy lunch and nothing was done about it. people need to start thinking of someone besides themselves. I realize restaurant is in a hard spot, but I do think they can ask people to conduct phone calls away from diners.

    OpenTable Diner Since 2011
    Dined on 2/8/2013
Miramonte is improving and making a great effort. It is a beautiful spot and the service is good. The food is well presented - not gourmet - but certainly edible. I had the spinach salad which was quite good. The others in my group had hamburgers. One had to be returned and cooked more. The other was fine. One in our party had the chicken caesar which he said was good. I would go back again.

The food was good, service excellent. However, the atmosphere was like an old motel dining room. The lighting was bright, colors were dated, high ceilings, just old. There was an outdoor seating area, but it was too cold. Would not go back until lots of renovation so that you feel as if you have dined in a place that equaled the food and the cost.

This was the first time we were there for lunch; we've had dinner there many times. The lunch menu is as interesting and varied as the dinner menu. The ahi tuna nicoise salad was wonderful. The service was terrific and, as always, the ambiance was perfect. Even though there were other customers there, you somehow feel you are the only ones and special. The wait staff don't overdo things but always seem to appear at just the right time. My favorite restaurant in the Valley

Excellent place for casual dining in a relaxed atmosphere with good food. We sat on the patio and had excellent views of the mountain sunset from our table. I wouldn't recommend outside June through September as temperatures in the evening are uncomfortable. Bread was fresh baked with herbs from the on-site garden. Service was excellent and food was delivered as ordered with no issues. Food was excellent with the exception of the steak. Although flavorful it was not hot compared to the rest of the items on the platter. A delicious special dessert was delivered to the table as we were celebrating a Birthday. Overall I would eat here again.

Go for the Grande 3 Course Dinner. Start with the scallops or crabcake. Then do the sea bass or filet. Finish with lava cake or bread pudding. Don't forget the wine. Stayed at the resort this weekend for our wedding anniversary. Great stay. Have to mention that the manager surprisingly sent a bottle of champaign and chocolate covered strawberries up to our room complements of the resort. Cheers! Just what we needed after dinner on Saturday night. The pool had plenty of space to relax, but don't expect the glamorous young Vegas crowd.

We had a group of ladies for a birthday party, the food was fantastic, as always, and your wonderful staff was so attentive. We stayed for four hours, and much of that time was just happy chat, not eating or drinking. At no time were we rushed, or felt we had to order something more to justify still sitting there. The deserts for the occasion were beautiful and delicious. It was a memorable occasion, and we'll be back very soon. I cannot thank you and your staff enough, Jesse.

    Dined on 7/21/2012
Awesome berry cobbler and vanilla ice cream from the dessert menu. Im not sure if they make their own ice cream, but we both greed that it was the beat vanilla ice cream we had ever had (we are big chocolate fans, but it swayed us). I had the scallops and panko crusted sea bass. Both were excellent. My husband had the strip steak and lobster bisque. The lobster bisque was delicious, but the steak was average. So overall, we were very impressed with everything that we had except the steak. The staff was prompt but not overbearing, service was excellent, and we were seated at our reservation time. We would definitely return if we are in the area again.

    OpenTable Diner Since 2006

Nice place, reviews were right I think. I like the two prix fix menus rather than one. My wife chose from the less expensive option (and we traded apps). I found the new york steak underseasoned (no rub, no marinade, etc. so it was a bare steak with an under seasoned mushroom sauce). I don't like salty food, but had to add salt and pepper. but it was cooked correctly. Yellow gaspacho was also underseasoned, so wondering if this is a super low sodium concept to please the elderly? I'm not going to fault it too much because you can always add salt and pepper and can't easily remove it, but other seasonings would have been welcome. My wife's capallini was so much more flavorful and the shrimp were sauteed perfectly before adding to dish.
