Inept service would be a better description. From bringing dinner before the appetizer (twice) to getting the drinks wrong, the whole experience was bad. Food was ok. The manager tried hard to recover for the staff. He seemed very busy doing that for others as well.

My first visit to this restaurant and I was not very impressed. It had a dark box for a room and the ambience was not at all what I expected. The price point for the food, comparatively to others, is not worth it for the experience. It was very loud and the service was poor. I had to ask for refills on beverages and water. I had the salmon and it was a bit overcooked. The blonde brownie tasted as if it was purchased in mass order. Not a great experience.

White Chocolate Grill is one of my favorite places to dine. I have always had good food and good service. I go regularly and love to take friends especially guests that have never seen that incrediable White chocolate cheese cake I must order to finish off my lunch or dinner. It seems to be a big "selfi" with visitors to the valley.

Food was alright, I've had better and worse, nothing really special about this place. Very noise, couldn't carry on a conversation, Very cold, AC blowing on us. Service was alright, it seemed confused, manager running around yelling in his headpiece. It seems like a poor imitation of Houston's. I don't think we'll return.

So close to my office and the wait staff are so knowledgeable. There's almost always a daily special that piques my interest, but so many favorites to chose from if the daily specials aren't for me. I only wish I could order two bowls of tomato soup and not feel greedy!

Our dinners were sub par and did not fit the description on the menu. I had the stacked chicken enchiladas. The presentation was sloppy, the chicken was chunky and the guacamole was black. Terrible meal. The waitress was less than engaging even telling us at one point she was tired.

Spent a day plus at Mayo having tests. This was recommended by the hotel on the Mayo campus and it was just what the doctor ordered. Great, fork tender steak and surprisingly good salmon. Try their tomato gin soup. You won't be disappointed!

I have had numerous dinners and lunches at White Chocolate over the years and have never been disappointed. This was a late mother's day celebration and was very disappointed. The service was rushed, we felt as if we were rushed and they wanted us out the door. All food was cold for the meal. Same with dessert. All in all, it was disappointing and I will think twice before returning.

White Chocolate Grill is hands down our favorite restaurant in the Valley. We took advantage of the Phoenix Restaurant week special- starting with the Spinach & Artichoke dip appetizer. My wife Had the blackened Mahi which was excellent- she really liked the mixed grilled corn salad side. I ordered the prime rib and glazed carrots which were also excellent. For desert we always have the Silky Chocolate Souffle Cake- I'm sure the other deserts are excellent but we both love this one so much we've never tried the others. The service was outstanding as always- the staff is always attentive- there when you need them but never hovering. If you've never been, go- and be sure to make reservations through Open Table.

Been to the White Chocolate Grill many times and have always had a pleasant time and a great dinner. Made reservations for a Mother's Day dinner on Saturday, May 10. About 15 minutes past our reservation time, we were seated in the bar!! I understand the restaurant was very busy that night, but with a 6:15 reservation, we should have been seated in a better location. At the least, the hostess should be trained to ask if seating in the bar is acceptable.

It was the night of my son's Senoir Prom. I made the reservation indicating so and also went to the restaurant the day of the reservation just to be sure that he and his date would be well taken care of on their special night. Both times I was assured that would happen and that they would get special consideration and a nice quiet table on the upper level. None of that happened. He specifically chose your restaurant for one of the biggest nights of his young adult life. He had many other choices. He chose you and you let him down on a night that will never happen again. I could not be more disappointed. Regardless, he did say that the food was good.

Went here for dinner in the recommendation of the concierge at our hotel. I hate eating with my hands. My hubby dieted the spare ribs? They were excellebt! Fell off the bone Didn't need a knife or fork. I ordered the pork tenderloin with thr bbq sauce. It was good But could not stand up to the spare ribs. Service good. Carrots were good but Can't understand why everyone thought they were so great?...

Took three friends for a very disappointing evening. Service was very poor bordering on rude. It started with an unclean table and never recovered. Meals came out irregularly, even twice, they ran out of chicken if you can believe that. When the food came it consisted of very skinny ribs, hard soufflé, I could go on. Rare that I ever do a survey, tells it's own story.

We made reservations and we were seated within 15 minutes of our arrival. We counted a total of seven different people that waited on us from the time we arrived until we left. We received a warm welcome upon arrival. I had the ribs and they were as delicious as our server said they would be. My other three family members enjoyed their meals also. The French dip was made to perfection. No one really cared for the "good gravy" served with the mashed potatoes. The bread pudding was delicious and we all wished we had room to try the banana cream pie. Wish we lived closer so we could frequent more often and try the many things on the menu.

I was served a caesar salad with very wilted lettuce, stingy amount of cheese; 2 croutons and no anchovies. Sent it back. We ordered ribs to share. $23.99 only one side accompanying it so we ordered additional one. The presentation was unappealing. They gave us a very small portion of French fries and a small rack of ribs, barely enough for one person. The second side, carrots was adequate. However the whole situation was just not pleasant anymore, so we decided to leave.

It was the same piece returned and heated, the manager saying it was heated not in micro but on grill. Guest accepted the fish. Manager did comp the fish dinner which was excellent customer service. Because of that we would return to the restaurant.
