Our experience was AWESOME. Our server, Kyra A, was great! Beautiful young lady with a great smile, personality and most importantly patience lol (she'll know why I made this statement). The food and drinks were great. We were a party of 10 and everything went extremely well. We were all pleased. Will definitely return.

Yard house always has a great menu option and luckily we got served by our favorite server, Charly. There were a few food allergy mishaps, but those were cleared up, not on the bill & the manager came by to apologize, etc.

We have been to the Yardhouse before and the service is always great and the food is great! This time the food was terrible! We were a party of 8. The burger came out raw and when I mean raw I mean raw! Not exaggerating!! One of the steaks came out completely blue and cold. Two orders of the broccolini were ice cold and the shrimp was still partially frozen! The remade broccolini then came back chard black. We will not return! The manager was well aware of the situation didn’t offer a discount, dessert, an offer to come back with a discount NOTHING! If they did offer we would possibly come back but when paying over 300.00 for dinner and it was not a great experience and nothing is offered we will never return!

I went with my family to the Yard House in Boca Raton today (July 3, 2025). The chairs and table were dirty with food and sauce. I showed it to the waitress and she ran her hand over it and threw it under the table. LOL. Shouldn't she clean it? Is that how they clean it? If it's like that on the table, imagine the kitchen! The touchscreen on the table didn't work because it was also dirty... The food arrived after 28 minutes (even though the place was practically empty) and there was no silverware. I had to go to the counter and ask... My beer got warm every time I asked because they put it in the mug but no one brought it to the table. So, in the midst of all this, I tried to write this on the device on the table, the waitress hid behind me, read what I was writing, TOOK THE DEVICE OUT OF MY HANDS and canceled my comments on the app. I called the manager and explained everything to him. He kindly apologized and said he would speak to the attendant. But the problem is much bigger! Regardless of whether the manager does something to improve or not, as a citizen I have the right to express myself. No one can take away from me the device where I could express myself. My goal is for the place to improve. If you hire people like this, people have the right to know and I should have the freedom to speak. This nonsense can be checked by cameras. Our family and many employees of my company used to go to this place. We went at least 4 times a month. My daughter's birthday was celebrated there with her friends... Do you have any idea how embarrassing it is? Why do you allow your employees to act this way?
