The food was good but the service was a little slow between courses. It felt like we had to wait too long to get our food.

We have always loved Jasoh's. This was our first experience with the "fine dining" porch area. It is very noisy because of the glass wall and the plaster wall. I would probably sit inside next time. My son-in-law had "Yak" and loved it. He loved that it was even on the menu. He said it was delicious.

This is such a cute bistro type of place! There are two sides to the restaurant... bar and dinner. Kids would do well on the bar side. It's kid-friendly. Wouldn't really suggest kids in the dining room portion. It's more upscale/romantic. View is GREAT from the 2nd floor windows. Overall, a very nice place to go!

it was very loud and the menu was minimal. not a selection for all to chose from. not even a steak option or chicken sandwich on the lunch menu. my salmon was delicious though but i won't be able to force my husband to come back for a long time.

Good food and great service. Not a cheap meal but great for a special night out. Nice portions and better than average dinner salad. The strawberry balsamic and olive oil for the bread was perfect to start the meal.

We have eaten at Jasoh's about once a month this year. We consistently find the cuisine amazing. The flavors are a delight to anyone's taste buds! The service is wonderful and the receptionist and staff are welcoming and accommodating. We tell all of our friends about our experience. Kudos! Fine dining in Ogden!

Food excellent, service friendly and welcoming. Great idea with a Pub scene for a restricted budget, and a high end available for those special occasions when budget isn't an issue! Service was friendly, with knowledgable staff. Service was a little slow, but this added to the ambience. Great find - definately recommend this, and we will be back!

The service was prompt the Kitchen was slow...too slow. The food was acceptable and unique. The noise level would not allow for a romantic evening. I believe that the person greeting you at the front door needs to be alittle more aware of what her job is.

I first thought what a strange location, the second floor of a professionnal building. Then wow the setting decor and the wonderfull smells from the kitchen immediately caught my attention. We kept wanting to go when they were at the other location, but just never happened, what a big loss for us. The food was top notch. I had the Guava duck and....WOW!

    OpenTable Diner Since 2008

When I make reservations for dinner-I am not interested in playing the menu game. Put all menu items on one menu. Ogden is not close to being metropolitan enough to waste time on being hoity-toity. Usually I love baked brie-but for $9.00 for six little squares of brie floating in 2 cups of maple syrup-it was a huge disappointment. It was served with burnt croustini. The potatoe leek soup was good--not served hot though. The grilled pork chop was served sliced and luke-warm with a mustard demi-glaze that missed the mark in a big way. The accompanied polenta seemed old and useless along with the oversteamed veggies. The highlight of the evening was the panna cotta w/3 berries served in a little cup. It was delicious. Over $40 for 1 person.

    OpenTable Diner Since 2008
    Dined on 10/11/2008
The new location on a second floor downtown is at first a bit quirky, but, after being seated we found the view from the enclosed patio appealing. The first thing is: there are 2 menus and two price categories, both of them reasonable for what you get. We chose the fine dining side and I had the lamb, my wife had the quail. The tomato bisque was outstanding, the lamb sumptuously tender, however lacking a strong lamby flavor. Probably designed for all the non-foodies around who like all their meat to taste like beef and chicken. I was somewhat offended by the steamed baby carrots and beans, the flavor was good, and I can't complain about the beans, but the baby carrots? All in all , a fine restaurant for a night out.
