Named one of America's Best New Restaurants 2015 by Bon Appetit, Manolin serves freshly prepared, innovative new American cuisine. Established in 2014 by Joe Sundberg, Rachel Johnson, Patrick Thalasinos and Chef Alex Barkley, Manolin (named after a character in Hemingway's The Old Man and the Sea) delights the diner with small plates of seafood, grilled meats and garden greens that complement each other in delightful, often surprising ways. The menu changes frequently but may include items like plantain chips with salt and pepper, rockfish ceviche, fall vegetable slaw with herbs and spicy almonds and pork belly with chamomile, navy beans and sea urchin.Manolin provides a warm, relaxed and airy space that showcases a U-shaped bar and a wood-fired grill.
