  • The only thing I'd comment

The only thing I'd comment about is that the air vents in the back room are huge, and make the customers (and food) kind of cold. I'm sure they'll fix that tho.

I absolutely loved Simon at the Hard Rock, so I felt a bit let down by the menu at his new restaurant. Overall though, it was a good experience.

I HAD THE BRAISED SHOTRIBS (SOMEONE AT PALMS PLACE TOLD ME ABOUT THEM) AND THEY WERE OUTSTANDING... I HAD THE COTON CANDY TO GO AND THEY BROUGHT A BIG SHOPPING BAG FILLED WITH IT...THIS COTTON CANDY WAS DIFFERENT THEN WHAT YOU GET AT THE FAIRS AND BALLPARKS.. THIS COTTON CANDY WAS THE BEST I'VE HAD.. I WOULD EAT AT THIS PLACE ANYTIME..

First off, the food was fantastic and so was our waitress. We also enjoyed the decor and had a nice evening. However, we thought it would be more of a scene. There were several empty tables, and we expected it to be crowded. Maybe it is because of the economy, or maybe it is because it is new. We will come back again sometime.

Was not as good as i had hoped... I was disappointed, but did like it. Glad I went, but will not go back anytime soon. We did get to meet Kerry Simon, which was cool if you are in to shaking hands with the celebrity chefs.

I'm so glad Simon found a new home at Palms Place! Simon has always been one of my favorites and it will continue to be. I was a regular at the Hard Rock and now will be at the Palms. The quality of the food and service is unparralled. I was happy to see the menu didn't change much which I think has always been part of the success. The wine list is GREAT, ambiance is awesome and most of the all seeing familiar faces on staff was very nice. Continuity is critical in Las Vegas with all of the competition.

  • I was very disappointed with
    OpenTable Diner Since 2008

I was very disappointed with the food. I had a reservation for next week to bring a friend of mine who is a chef from England and I am canceling. The food was not good at all. I started w/ a salad and the grapefruit vin. dressing was awful. The sushi was not very good at all and the special sauce on top of my roll was fair at best. My boyfriend's dinner came out first and we had to wait about 10min. for my sushi. Everyone apologized. He was not happy with his food as well.
