Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Clearly the best Miami has to offer as a real honest to G__ restaurant. Challenge you to find a better steak sandwich at noon or wedge salad or a waiter better than Joe. And they remembered it was my birthday. Largest and most decadent chocolate lava cake ever on the house. Thank you.

    We chose the capital grill to celebrate my sons graduation and it was awesome ! Table was decorated and a note of congratulations. The food was excellent and the service provided by Jesus and the other gentleman were fenomenal!!! At dessert time he received a plate with dessert that said congratulations. Favorite was the ribeye porcini with balsamic and the coconut crème pie.
