The staff was very nice, but the service was extremely slow. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row, and waited quite awhile for our food both nights, especially on the 14th. Unfortunately, the server rarely checked in with us during our wait to ask if we needed drink refills, and completely forgot one of our drinks. The food was good, but not exceptional. Limited gluten free options. We were told when arriving for our reservation that they didn’t have it. Apparently they do not have access to Open Table, so I’m not sure why it is an option to reserve through the site. After a half an hour of waiting we pushed a couple of tables together.

They do not have access to the reservation database through your website so it was a hassle to get seated.

There was a change in ownership and having made a reservation through open table, the owners did not have access to the reservation. They told us it would be 25 minutes for a table but they would squeeze us in. It took over an hour and a half to get a table. Once we got a table we waited another 20 minutes and left since no one came to take our order. Went to Applebees instead and were not the only patrons to do so. Would not recommend to anyone as service was terrible.

After being shown to table it was 17 minutes before a server arrived Simarly after bill was provided it was 10 minutes even though I tried to catch eye of server 4 times as she walked within a reasonable distance

Tried the Celtic Cowboy Pub on a snowy evening in Great Falls. The selection of Irish Whiskey is excellent as are the beers on tap. Service was friendly and fast. The huge servings of Irish Stew and Shepherd's Pie were full of tender lamb pieces. Both dishes were made with quality ingredients but needed a bit more seasoning IMHO. The Irish Soda bread was the only disappointment because it tasted more like a dessert than a soda bread.
