Good for small groups, i.e. 6 people. Service was excellent, food was excellent. The crabcakes were the best I ever tasted. Large fireplace in the main dining room. It has a "lodge" feel about it so it was great for a cold wintry day. In the summer they have a great outside patio, wonderful Sunday brunches.

Our party of 8 was pleased, overall, with the quality of food and the service. The salad included with the entree was a bit "weak: Unfortunately, our party was placed inside against a back hallway (next to the well). Therefore, we didn't get a feel at all for the ambiance. The hallway was so narrow that we had to pass the plates around to each other since there was no room for the waiter to walk around the table. On a positive note, the crab and cheese appetizer with pita chips was inventive and delicious. Prime Rib was served as ordered. The 2 people in our party that had the black bass entree were disappointed.

We had a very good experience. We chose outdoor seating, even though it was only 50 degrees for brunch. The outdoor heaters didn't make much noise and didn't smell at all. background music was playing. It created a nice atmophere with people walking along the main drag in New Hope. The brunch we had we excellent especially the Brie appetizer. All in all, an excellent value for the quality anf quantity of food.

We enjoyed the dinner the quality of the entrees where except-able however, the waiter-assistant (bus-boy) needed a lot of training! He continuously served from the wrong side reached across the table and literally through the silverware on the table. It appeared that he didn't want to be there and therefore showed a lack of sensitivity regarding his position. The 2nd part of the objection would have to be the annoying noise of the motorcycle riders I realize there is probably nothing you could do about it others than making a case at the local chamber of commerce.

A nice place to eat and try to visit with friends. The seating outside was immediate and they followed the reservation request to eat outside. The view of New Hope's Main street was great. I was not impressed however by the servers. It was not busy, there was not a wait and yet she was constantly trying to clear appitizers that were half completed, trying to move the evening along. We told her we were not in a rush and yet the push to move us along became annoying. We were not drinking,I wonder if that impacted on their demenor? We would go back, but if those servers was available I would ask to not be seated in their section. Overall, the food was well presented and delicious. Two dishes had spinach which was very salty and gritty...rinse!

Our experience at the Logan Inn was great. The food was excellent, and our waiter, Anthony was superb. We had originally requested outdoor seating, but when we arrived, we requested to be seated inside because we thought it would be too hot. This request was met without any trouble. But, later when I saw how beautiful the outdoor was, I wished I would have stayed with the original plan. I guess I will have to return and sit outside.

I had lunch there and it was very good, so I decided to take my husband there for dinner. The dinner wasn't that great. I had salmon which didn't have any taste and had too much sauce and my husband had steak. He had asked for it medium rare and it was medium well. Food was very mediocre and I don't think we will be back. The service on the other hand was very good and we were please with our waiter.

The house wine was excellent. We thought the other patrons would be a little more dressed up, but many were just a little too casual. The service and food were very good. It was a holiday weekend, so a little busy. Perhaps it would be quieter/more romantic on a weekday. We had a very nice time.

The beautiful historic building now finally has delicious food to go along with it! We had an enjoyable night with friends at the Logan Inn and have been there several times over the past year. The only thing we missed was our favorite dessert drink on the menu from last summer, fall and earlier this spring...bring back the frozen latte! We were looking forward to that and for some reason the bar or kitchen couldn't make it. I guess they didn't have coffee ice cream on hand that night. We always recommend the Logan to out of town guests because it has guest rooms, parking, a small cozy bar, outdoor dining and lovely indoor dining with great food. Now the out door bar is great too for the summer!

For the prices of 20-50 dollars per plate, the food was just fair....definitely NOT foodie quality! The restaurant was beautiful and menu had a good selection, but the quality and creativity of the food was fair. Out of a party of seven, none of us LOVED their meal. The waitress was misleading when describing a meal and when I specially requested a "clean meal" free of oil, cream, or sauces......I was told the selection I made was "light" and that I would LOVE it. So, you can imagine my surprise when my "baked" seafood arrived swimming in a ramekin of cream and butter. The food was NOT worth the prices. I would not return.

Usually, when a restaurant has a limited menu for a holiday, it is underwhelming to say the least. The Logan Inn was certainly an exception - although the menu was limited, there were still several choices, all of which sounded delicious. Our food was served in a timely manner and, more importantly, was served at the appropriate temperature (you can tell our hollandaise sauce hadn't been sitting around all morning) and was delicious! The service was speedy, but we don't feel rushed. We were also able to enjoy an outdoor table. My fiance's mother as well as my own mom were both delighted, and we couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience.

Regarding service, Molly was very nice, just too speedy. She seemed to rush. She wasn't exactly listening to my requests. After being presented a lovely salad, I had to ask if fresh cracked pepper was available, Molly said yes, I asked for a bit, and off she went. When she sailed by, I asked for the pepper again, and she brought it. I requested another round of drinks. I like it when a server notices what's going on at my table. I just didn't feel as if she was "paying attention". Overall, my partner and I had a great time together...the food was very good, the atmosphere very nice, and the hostess, Katie, was WONDERFUL...very, very friendly and helpful. I think the waitress assigned to us left just after taking our drink order. After waiting a very long time to have our order taken we finally got up and asked someone to come over. They were very apologetic and several people came over but then they seemed to forget about us again. We wanted to have another drink & have our plates taken away so we asked someone again. They once again came over, cleared our plates but then never took our dessert order which came with our meal so we once again had to ask someone. I've never before in my life had to ask someone for service but we were waiting for SO long! Our brunch took about 2.5 hours...good thing we weren't in a hurry! It's a beautiful old inn but after this it's not likely.
