The bread was outstanding and the food was quite good. The steak was a bit on the fatty side, a better cut of meat would have made a big difference. However, the flavor and presentation were excellent.

My mother, sisters and I went for lunch. The atmosphere was sophisticated yet comfortable. The service was exceptional and friendly (that rarely happens. We were at Rialto the week before where the food was great, atmosphere good and service stuffy. Two people in our party had the Grilled Salmon at your restaurant and proclaimed it the best they have ever had. I had a less memorable chicken dish but still thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The Biscotti box is both unique and fun. I wonderful surprise at the end of a delightful lunch. We go out to lunch as a group every Thursday on my day off. We will most definately be back. Looking forward to it.....

Difficult to find on a busy street, minimal signage is a problem. Spacious beautifully appointed interior with tables well spaced for privacy. Wait staff was excellent and helpful. The portions were much larger at lunch than expected. It was a "downtown" experience in the suburbs- I did not know until dessert that this was one of Jamie Mammano's restaurant empire. Fabulous!

Fabulous food. Well worth the effort finding it. Unfortunately, we had a late lunch so the place was empty. Staff were also not as polished as the food, a bit of a mismatch. Yet, the dishes were exceptionally tasty and experience memorable. The function room looks like it will be outstanding for a private party. Finally, we did not receive the special birthday dessert fixings that my partner requested for my birthday lunch.

The decor of the restaurant is indeed upscale and stunning. It is rare to find a place in the Boston suburbs of such a high caliber in this category. Our food was brought promptly, its presentation was indeed unique, and the taste was delicious. One recommendation: the women who greeted us and directed us to our table were very courteous but they seemed quite out of place in the restaurant's overall atmosphere-- like highschool girls. Inexperienced, not smooth, not particularly well-dressed. A place like L'Andana should have hosts/hostesses who match its sophistication.

I went for lunch during restaurant week with a small group of business associates. While the food was very good, the service was horrible. It took 10 minutes for someone to come over to our table, and that was after we asked another member of the wait-staff to send someone over. The appetizers came out very quickly and then there was a very long wait for both our entrees and our desserts. When you are dealing with a business lunch crowd, it shouldn't take more than an hour from start to finish. I suspect we'll go back because the food was so good, but only after a few months when they've been open for a while and the service presumably improves.

This Italian restaurant is large. The table are well spaced. The decor is pleasant with large chandeliers, comfortable chairs and booths, large bay windows. The food is remarkable, some traditional specialties, some remastered and improved Italian Classics and several outstanding creations. The citrus bread pudding was incredible. The servings are generous, the presentation is careful and lovely. Great choice of wine and cocktails at fair prices. The staff is numerous and attentive. Brenda, our server, was helpful, personable but not intrusive. My guest and I were able to have an intimate lunch and we enjoyed our experience. This is my new destination for special occasions and I would confidently recommend Lantana to my friends. Great!

We went for Restaurant week, and wore sorely disappointed. I ordered the steak, which arrived overcooked. I sent it back, and got another overcooked steak! By that time, I was too hungry to send it back again. My husband wanted a small side of mashed potatoes with his steak, and they would not allow him to get it as a substitute but offered it as an additional side. When we got our bill, this small portion of highly ordinary mashed potatoes came to $7.00. Although it's a beautiful restaurant, given the ordinariness of the food and this unpleasant experience, we would never go back.

We ordered from the restaurant week menu, so our choices were limited. The food was amazing, the portions were very large. We arrived hungry but still took the entree and dessert leftovers home because they were so good. The quality of ingredients was outstanding and the preparations were meticulous. The attention to each dish was remarkable, the arrangement of food on the plates was lovely. Most of all our servers were very, very attentive without being intrusive ( not an easy task). The server could describe each dish we asked about clearly. My only criticism is that we were a party of three seated at a table for two ( sort of cramped) when the restaurant was only 1/4 fullWe will definitely return!!

This was our second trip to L'Andana, having had such a delicious dinner the first time. Although our dinnners were good on our second trip, it did not measure up to our first time dining there. The food was overly seasoned compared to our first experience there. Also, comparing the bread between the first time and second time we ate there, the first time was, according to my husband, the 'best bread he had ever eaten' and he is a bread 'connoisseur'--he loves bread, but on March 16th, the bread, although still good, was overly salted. The service, however, is impeccable! The staff was friendly and efficient. We hope L'Andana does well in Burlington.

I wish the wine list had more affordable bottles at a price point between 20-30. Italians are known for simple table wines which are enjoyable. it would be nice to have a few whites and a few reds to pick from. It seemed as if there was only one or maybe 2 under the 30 dollar mark.

there for restaurant week. first impressions: we had reservations but had to wait about 10 minutes--wait wasn't horrible though...there were empty tables & other people who came after us were seated first. food looked good on other people's tables. menu was interesting for restaurant week. my salmon was good--nice combination with the sundried tomatoes, olives & potatoes. the rigatone others at my table ordered was not good. the sauce was plain & the pasta was nothing special. the 3rd selection, chicken was a little dry but the mushrooms were very tasty. waitress was very nice. atmosphere of the rest was comfortable. restaurant is easy to miss as the building is offset behind/beside another and no sign is visible.
