What’s apéro dînatoire? It’s French for girl dinner. It’s also an event series we’re hosting to spotlight up-and-coming natural winemakers at some of our favorite establishments. It’s a choose-your-own-adventure. Apéro dînatoire can be drinks, it can be snacks, it can be dinner, it can be all of the above.

Please join us in celebrating the wines of Alessandra Divella — and the woman herself!

Alessandra Divella is the Italian answer to grower Champagne, on track to upend the industrial farming practices rampant in Franciacorta. Her vines have been organic from the start and her two hectares teem with life, including rosehips and praying mantises. Grapes are hand harvested and treated gently. Zero sulfur / zero dosage, Alessandra's wines are 100% méthode champenoise so dialed into their provenance of clay and limestone that your mouth will salivate for minutes (if not hours) afterward.
