Min’s Test Kitchen is a limited time, pop-up experience located at Jardin restaurant inside Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

Min’s Test Kitchen is a new pop-up concept from Mizumi executive chef Min Kim, featuring innovative Asian dishes inspired by his worldly travels. Min’s Test Kitchen creatively expresses the chef’s global background and personal style through food, drink, fashion, art and music for an all-new experience never before offered at Wynn. This special pop-up experience will be offered while extensive renovations are underway that will transform Mizumi into a breathtaking new space this fall.

A showcase for Chef Kim’s progressive Asian cuisine will feature innovative dishes inspired by the various countries across Asian and the Pacific where Chef Kim has lived, learned and cooked. In addition to his Korean heritage, the menu draws inspiration from his culinary training in Australia, experience in Michelin-starred restaurants in Tokyo, and time at Wynn Palace.
