   This restaurant is permanently closed. I am so upset with open table that they keep restaurants on their site and let you make reservations for places that aren’t even open. I made reservations for Father’s Day and it almost ruined our night. Terrible customer service Open table!!!!!! Check your listings. Just terrible!

   This place was either temporarily or permanently closed. Their website was still active; Google Map stated business was open; phone rang without answer; OpenTable was able to be booked and plans were made. Had a reservation and I totally wasted my time going there…from Palm Beach too, might I add.

   We got there and the restaurant has been closed for two months. The fact that you are still reserving spots for a closed location is awful. It took us 20 mins to find another place and then we had a 45 min wait time. You really need to update your system!

   We booked a 6PM reservation at the Black Rock Bar & Grill located in Coral Springs, Florida for December 20, 2023. It was to celebrate my wife's 69th birthday. Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed. Open table had not only booked the reservation but also confirmed it the day before. We did some research in the web and discovered that it had been closed since September 18, 2023. It had been closed down multiple times for code violations. This was very disappointing and ruined my wife's birthday!

   OpenTable is not current nor up to date with the venues they represent. A table reservation for three people was made, confirmed and verified, through OpenTable, on Thursday 12/14, for that same evening. Upon arriving at the restaurant with my group, it was closed and had been shut down many days prior for financial related reasons. I strongly recommend against using OpenTable and booking directly with your restaurant .

    Closed and still taking reservations. Zero communication and drove over an hour for dinner reservations for a birthday
