   I was unaware that there was no table service in the bar. I probably would have gone somewhere else with our party of 8 had I known. It was a lot of getting up and standing at the bar. Food was very good though.

   This is a gorgeous space with sweeping views of downtown Louisville. The food was great as were the drinks. Service was a bit off. My main complaint is that the place was so quiet. The atmosphere begged for some nice music, but they weren't playing anything. It was completely silent. Very odd for a bar.

   Wonderful vibe. Relaxing and wonderful cocktails and small plates. You must try the french onion brie fondue!

   I didn't realize the menu was so limited food-wise. Of the 9 or 10 small plates, one of the two I wanted was out of stock going into a Wed evening. What I had (mini burgers) was delicious. The tomatoes were disappointing - refrigerated and two had started to turn ... but the burgers themselves, with havarti, crispy onions, and "French dip aioli" were tasty, filling, and reasonably priced. My server was attentive without being intrusive (I was dining alone and working during my meal). The tables were fairly close together, but that was only an issue when I was wrapping up my time and the tables on either side of me were seated - for most of my visit, both were empty. The venue is beautiful. I wish there was more in the way of a full meal available in the evening at Hotel Genevieve; but that is my only complaint.

   Ley was our server and couldn’t have been kinder or better! Very organized - and she told us she normally bartends but was helping out. We enjoyed the view. We enjoyed all the food we ordered. We will be back.

   This place transports you to a Parisian salon. The ambiance is sublime, sink into one of the leather chairs or snuggle on a bench seat. We sampled the fries, burger and crab cake - all top notch. The artichoke and spiced nuts, rather forgettable. Our server was friendly, but she appeared to the only person working - not her fault, but we only had one cocktail as she never returned to our table. The terrace was available, the doors were wide open and the interior was chilly - bring your sweater or a blanket.

    This was our first visit in Louisville, and it did not disappoint. Loved the view from the rooftop and the service was great.
