   Ambiance is nice. Wait staff & security was very helpful if we had questions. My only issue was they didn’t have any of the food we wanted in stock.

   It was my birthday and they made sure we had a nice time. Definitely a must go whenever I’m back in the city!

   Customer service was not good at all. Staff was sitting down and/or dancing while smoking hookah. My food was cold, a few items weren't even available because the kitchen wasn't properly stocked, hookah didn't arrive until we were halfway through our meal. We never received our refill. Our server Juicy at one point didn't even check on us for a minimum of 45 minutes. When we tried to discuss the issues we were having, there was no accountability on her part. She would deflect and at one point said we could agree to disagree when we tried to explain to her how she wasn't providing good service. It's wild to watch your server sit at a table and smoke hookah and you haven't received your own hookah. Ironically when we first arrived she mentioned how the hours had changed because people weren't coming in and now I see why. It's unfortunate because it's a cute esthetic in the restaurant and the food is good (just needs to be served hot). I will not be returning.

   A friend and I came for new years eve and were thoroughly disappointed with the experience. We were greeted by friendly staff but were surprised with the emptiness of the venue. We prepaid for a drink package that they said came with complimentary drinks and Hors d'oeuvres that we were told were on the QR code menu. Despite it being new years there was no mc or noise from the dj to encourage a celebratory atmosphere. The food and drinks were average and so was the service . When leaving the server said we owed for a bill which included a water and items that we we were under the impression were apart of the package .when we brought the issue to the server she escalated it to management but they didn’t speak to us rather had he relay the message that the only food included in our package was chips and salsa but nobody had chips and salsa and it should have been better communicated. I am a Vegas local and was excited to visit this place but feel it was a below average experience and for the price in Vegas one could do a lot better

    Great staff, food, music, and vibes!! We went late night and returned the next day for brunch. Will definitely be going back next time I’m in Vegas!
